And so the first day of the sports fest passed, and so did the second, and with almost every victory won by the team with the tamest name in the school, suddenly, the word "bumblebee" became a word to be feared by the students. Whether it was the juniors or the seniors, almost all of the members of that team did much better than anyone could have expected.
But then again, what else is to be expected when Team Bumblebee has the lucky Lee Siblings on their team?
Though...
Despite how "lucky" they're known to be, the siblings probably wouldn't feel that way that much for this sports fest. Even after all the victories they've won, how could they feel lucky when the people they like aren't exactly looking like they even care about them at all.
"Waaahhh!"
Jinwoo's loud cries are heard all through out the house as he sits on the couch, watching tragic romance films and with a bucket of ice cream in front of him.
Meanwhile, his equally distressed older siblings - who seem already used to their disappointment in their own love lifes - just watch him with tired expressions.
"I told you, you liked her," Heejin tells Jinwoo, and the younger boy replies almost immediately through his tears.
"Well, how was I supposed to know I liked her that much? And how was I supposed to know that she even knew the new kid in our class??"
To that, however, Heejin almost immediately furrows her brows as she processes the new information. "Wait a minute... You mean Yang Jungwon? The Taekwondo prodigy?"
And then Heeseung furrows his brows next. "Yang Jungwon? Hey, isn't that the kid from Jinwoo's class who sent in an application form for Zenith?"
It takes a moment for the younger two siblings to register that, but when they do...
"He WHAT?!" they both exclaim at the same time, before Heejin points an accusatory finger at Heeseung.
"Hey, you better not accept his application! I mean, just look at what he did to our Jinwoo!"
And then Jinwoo starts crying all over again. "Oh, of course, he's good at music, too! There's no way I'll get Sohee's attention again with him around!"
Heejin then gestures aggressively towards Jinwoo, all while looking at Heeseung who smiles nervously at the sight before him.
What can he do, though? Surely, there are other ways to help his younger brother with his situation other than taking out personal feelings on an unsuspecting student?

"Heejin and Jinwoo want me to reject him."
"Oh... Wait, what?" Geonu asks when he realizes what Heeseung had just told him, as they stand at the bleachers, watching the girls' basketball game while also discussing about the applications they received for the band. "B-but why?! I mean, you've heard Jungwon, right? That kid can seriously sing and play the bass guitar!"
"Yeah, but he's also taking away Jinwoo's opportunities to get with his crush," Heeseung replies gingerly, and Geonu's expression falls.
"... Oh. Is that so?"
Heeseung just sighs in response as he keeps his eyes on the game. Particularly, on one certain player with the name of Son Jiwoo. "Ah, but of course, I can't blame Jinwoo for feeling that way. Even I would do anything I could if it got me closer to the person I liked... It's just that my circumstances just happen to be worse."
