"We found the city of Diya," Emily murmured. "How do we get in?"

Indy moved the cigarette lighter's flame around. "Em... are your eyes still shut?"

"Yeah."

"Ok. I'm gonna walk by you. If it's like the Attu Barrow there's going to be a passageway tomb entry way underneath it."

Emily shuddered as Indy moved by her. He caught the expression on her face. She was near tears. "What's the matter, Em?"

"I hate small spaces. They remind me of the tomb." She rubbed the scars on her face, her eyes pinned shut in a grimace.

"I know," Indy reassured her. "And it's okay. I have confidence in you, Littlest Artifact."

The cigarette lighter flame wavered as Indy approached the wall. He crouched. "Yeah. Found the tunnel. It'll be about five steps in front of you, Em. You'll have to crawl. It's directly under the largest rock in the center of the wall."

"Is the large rock a boundary stone?" Emily asked.

"No. It's shaped differently. The boundary stones are long and tall - like the archaeological site we worked on in the steppes where the shamaness was buried when you were about thirteen." Indy studied the large stone in the center of the midden wall. "This looks like a keystone... as in for a gate." He swallowed. "If it's a trap - it will fall downward, crushing whatever's underneath it."

"And if it's like other arch support structures - when the keystone collapses the whole wall goes with it." Emily winced. "Dad - are you standing to the side?"

"Yeah."

Emily rushed forward and dove into the passageway.
