The more we spoke on the phone, the more I missed her. I knew that I wanted her to be my girlfriend, but I wasn't sure she would feel the same.
Sure, I knew that she liked me.
But I wasn't sure she was ready for another relationship.
Particularly so soon after that eejit.
I was too scared to ask her the question face to face, so when I heard it was her birthday soon, I began to formulate the perfect plan.
At least I hoped it would be perfect.
Guess I'd find out soon enough.
