Daniel

When I saw her again for the first time she almost took my breath away. I'd temporarily forgotten how beautiful she was.

I mean sure I loved Rhiannon, and our daughter Mary, but they didn't hold a candle to Vic.

I missed her.

I had deliberately picked an evening when I knew she would be on her own, to finally ring the doorbell. I'd been building up to it for weeks. Watching the comings and goings from the house.

If he wasn't there. Maybe she'd realise what she'd been missing...

I knew I'd have to tread carefully, we hadn't exactly parted on the best of terms. But I knew I could win her back. I knew it was me she wanted really.

Not some stupid pop star.

I'd forgotten that the stupid bitch was obsessed with him and couldn't appreciate what was right under her nose.
