Taylor planned a weekend getaway with you and your mom at the beach. You used to love traveling, but since the eating disorder became a thing, traveling had turned into feeling anxious about the routine change, the food exposure, the clothes you would wear, overthinking about everything. Of course, you enjoyed it but now it also meant worrying too much about everything too.

It had been long since you last worn a bikini, or a swimming suit at all, about a year and a half, probably even more. Every time you knew that there would be an opportunity to do it, you wouldn't take it, a couple of times you wouldn't even pack a swimming suit at all.

You were sitting on your bed scrolling on your phone with your suitcase packed beside you when Taylor popped through the doorway.

- "You ready?"

- "Yeah! Super ready!"

- "Why do you need such a big suitcase? We're going to be away for three days literally" Taylor said grabbing your suitcase.

- "You know that I like taking lots of options... what if I plan an outfit and when I wear it, I don't like how I look on it? I'd rather have other options" you said following her.

- "Whatever you say, Liz" she said giggling.

You both went downstairs, and your mom was sitting in the living room with her suitcase packed.

- "Why do you always pack so much stuff, Lizzie?" Your mom asked as Taylor placed your suitcase next to theirs.

- "Because I like to be prepared with many options in case, I don't like something that I planned to wear!" You replied and rolled your eyes at Taylor who was looking at you with her "I told you so" face.

Soon enough the car arrived and took all of you to Taylor's jet. The flight went uneventful and after a couple of hours the plane landed. You were so tired, you didn't sleep well because you were really anxious about the trip, you had fallen asleep even before the take off and just woke up when you were landing.

- "Did you enjoy your nap?" Taylor asked.

- "I did"

- "I'm glad that you were able to rest darling... you didn't eat your morning snack because I let you sleep, but you need to eat something when we get to the hotel, okay?" Andrea said.

You nodded shyly, wishing they had forgotten about the snack. You were feeling body conscious and knew that you were going to need to change into beach clothes, since it was going to be hot. You didn't want to eat and wear shorts or something that was going to show your legs and/or arms. You were all quickly drove to the hotel in which Taylor had rented a private cabin. When you got there, you picked your room and sat a chair in the room's private balcony to stare at the sea for some minutes. After 5 minutes of relaxing and breathing the sandy air, Andrea showed up holding a bowl of yogurt and fruit.

- "Here, your snack" she said handling you the bowl with a soft smile.

- "Thank you, mom. Want to sit?" you grabbed the bowl slowly and doubtfully.

Your mom nodded and sat on the other chair: - "It's beautiful, isn't it?"

- "Yeah! I love the sound of the waves reaching the shore. I'm going to sleep peacefully tonight" you replied eating a bit of your yogurt.

After 15 minutes you had eaten only half of the bowl, and you could tell that Andrea was getting annoyed. The awkward silence was broken when Taylor walked in, already in her bikini and cover up pants.

- "Hey! How's it going? I'm ready to go to the beach" Taylor said rubbing your back.

Your mom stood up: - "Will you stay with her while I change?" Your mom asked Taylor as she stood up and prepared to leave.
