For the next 2 months, you were going to the treatment center three days a week. During that time everything was doing okay, you were definitely less depressed and challenging fear foods more often until some of them weren't scary anymore. Taylor planned all kind of fun stuff for you to do together: going bowling, pottery making using a kiln and then painting the pottery, yoga classes, etc. You were following your meal plan but found hard to keep drinking the supplement, since you thought that you didn't need to drink it anymore, so sometimes you managed to throw away part of it or most of it without getting caught. You knew it was wrong, but it made you feel that high you loved.

When you had the "end of the month appointment" with the doctors and your family. Dr. Sach emphasized that she expected your weight to be higher by this point:

- "Even though you have gained a bit more of weight in the course of these months, you're still not where I'd like you to"

You just rolled your eyes in discouragement.

The doctor continued: - "I think your body and brain would benefit by gaining more, you're getting to the lower percentage of what's considered healthy for your age and height, but not there yet. That's why I'm not removing the supplement for now"

- "However, there's some good news we'd like sharing with you, Elizabeth" Dr. Maine said trying to cheer you up. - "We have all agreed on decreasing the days you should be coming to the treatment center, from three times to twice a week. How does that sound to you?" The doctor asked.

- "OMG YES! This eases the pain of the supplement news" you said giggling but looking at Dr. Sach.

- "Don't be so dramatic. You're doing good, you're almost there" Dr. Sach said.

You left with your family and went grocery shopping, when your mom was putting the supplements in the cart you tried persuading her into not buying them but got an absolute no for an answer, but it was worth a shot.

You were doing great in school, it was nice to stay for the whole school day, even if it was not every day of the week for now, you were getting closer to being a normal teenage girl. You felt how it was easier for you to concentrate in class, while studying, reading and even in a simple conversation. Your friends and family told you that they felt that you were way more present now when having a conversation with you. At school, Mrs. Tallin was still keeping an eye on you, and it was nice to have someone doing that. Your friends were thrilled to have you back and did their best to support you: when your urges to restrict became so strong that you didn't get your snack or stopped eating your lunch before finishing it, they gently and sweetly encouraged you to fight the sick voice in your head.

One day when you got back from school Taylor was waiting for you to take you shopping. Once you opened the front door you saw Taylor and your mom sitting in the couch ready to leave.

- "Hey baby! How are you? How was your day?"

You went to hug both and answered them:

- "It went great... I was a bit overwhelmed after eating my morning snack, but now I'm feeling better"

- "Why were you overwhelmed, darling?" Your mom asked.

You hesitated but decided to tell them the truth: - "I had the oatmeal and raisins cookie you sent me, mom, along with the strawberries and the greek yogurt. I ate everything, but everyone in my classroom headed to dance class right after the first recess ended, but you know I cannot exercise, so I had to go to look for the chemistry teacher to ask her some questions about the workshop. I was anxious because I felt like I was missing on the opportunity to exercise and burn the calories in the snack. But I was able to push those thoughts away"
