Three days had gone by since you were in the clinic, and you were refusing to eat anything at all, you just ate an apple and a Greek yogurt in those three days: an apple on the third afternoon snack and a yogurt on the second breakfast. Additionally, you were also refusing to take your family's calls. The doctors were pretty worried, and they knew that if this kept going on, they were going to be forced to intervene to stop this. You tried to stay all the time in your room, but at the end of the second day the doctor's said that you needed to go out and at least sit in the dining room and therapy rooms with the other patients. You did sit there but made no effort to eat or to talk to anyone, just stared at whatever was in front of you and played with your fingers. On the third day you just woke up and got ready, walked to the dining room and sat in front of the food, looking at the wall in front of you completely absentmindedly. The nurse in charge tried encouraging you, but you just looked at her:

- "Thank you for trying, but I'm not eating anything. You better support someone who might actually try" you said in the most politely way possible.

When time was up, the same nurse presented you two cups filled with supplement, but you didn't move either.

- "You didn't eat, you need to drink those" the nurse said pointing the cups.

You looked up at her again: - "No thanks" you said and went back to stare at the wall. The nurse kept talking to you, but you just ignored her, you were already clear enough. An hour later Dr. Wilson came to the dining room and asked you to go with her to the therapy room.

- "I'd rather go to my own bedroom, may I?" you replied.

- "I'm sorry, but you can't, it's therapy time. Please come with me" the doctor said, and you just stood up and followed her, sat in the couch in front of her and picked at your nails anxiously.

- "What is going on with you?" Dr. Wilson asked.

You just shrugged.

- "Elizabeth, this attitude is not helping anyone, specially not you"

- "I don't want to be here. I don't need or want help" you replied in a flat tone.

- "Why do you think that?"

- "I don't want to talk either. Can I leave now?" You asked.

- "No. We don't have to talk. You can write what you're feeling" the doctor said and handed you a piece of paper with a pen.

You just stared at it and stayed completely silent for half an hour. The doctor told you to try and write something, you picked up the paper and wrote your name in small letters as many times as it took you to fill the paper. Then folded the paper and kept looking at your fingers until the doctor said it was time for morning snack and dismissed you, asked a nurse to take you to the dining room. You did and the doctor stood up, unfolded the paper and sighted disappointed when she saw you had written your name over and over, instead of writing how you felt. Morning snack went the same as breakfast, and so did the rest of the day, except that you ate an apple at afternoon snack.

On the fourth day, it was visiting day for you and when Dr. Wilson said that your family was there, you said you didn't want to see them, but she said that you needed to at try least seat with them, thinking that you would break and eventually talk to them. She was wrong. Taylor and Andrea entered your room and were aghast at the sight: your cheeks were even more sunken in, the bags under your eyes were darker and profounder. You looked more fragile, and your eyes showed how dead you were inside, no emotion showed in them. They walked towards you; you were sitting in the bed coloring.

- "Hi baby" Taylor said.

- "Hello darling" Andrea said and went to hug you, but you didn't move while she did it. She felt your bones and waited for you to hug her back, but you didn't.
