TW: scd attemptTaylor called Tree to update her on how things went when she arrived home. She told her how sad and defeated you were after drinking the supplements, Tree suggested to take them both pottery making with a kiln and painting the next day, Taylor accepted gracefully, told Tree she was tired and had a headache, hung up and proceeded to get ready for bed. She wanted to tell you about the plan with Tree, but didn't want to bother you, she walked slowly to your room and saw your door closed and could see a soft light, probably coming from your bathroom, but heard no noise, you were probably sleeping and left the light on by mistake... Should she knock? Should she just open your door? She decided to give you some space and back off, walking back to her room. Something inside her was telling her to open your door, she really wanted to see you, even if you were just sleeping; but another part of her was telling her to calm down, think it through and that it was probably just anxiety. She looked for some painkillers in her bathroom cabinet to take one for her headache but the ones she had in there had already expired, she threw them and went downstairs to look for the ones that were usually in the kitchen drawer. There was nothing in there and she just went back upstairs, halfway up the stairs she realized that there was nothing in there, not even the antidepressants. She instantly panicked and ran to your room, opened the door, turned the lights on and was terrified at the sight: you were unconscious on your bed, with your slit wrists, blood everywhere.
- "MOM" Taylor called crying loudly. Andrea was already asleep but woke up immediately. She opened her door at the back of the hallway and saw lights coming from Taylor's and your room, but she heard Taylor cries from the furthest bedroom and knew that something had happened to you. Taylor found a note on your nightstand that read: "I'm sorry for all the pain I've put you through. I'm sorry for how much this'll hurt you too, but I know that eventually it'll get better, and you'll be happier without me and all my stuff. Thank you for standing me. I'll love you forever, Lizzie".
- "WHAT HAPPENED?" Andrea asked as she ran down the hallway. As soon as she entered, she saw Taylor holding your almost lifeless frame in her arms. Andrea started to cry immediately but ran to the bathroom to get some gauzes to apply pressure on your wrists wounds. That's when she saw the empty packages and bottles of pills. Taylor couldn't stop crying but managed to get your phone and dial 911 quickly, in between sobs she was able to ask for help and call an ambulance. Taylor showed the note to your mom, then folded and put her in her phone case. Andrea tried calling your name repeatedly and you opened your eyes briefly.
- "Darling, what did you take?" She tried asking you.
- "Nw ewethiwn" was all you could say before losing consciousness again.
- "What did you do? What did you do?" Taylor repeated constantly while Andrea went downstairs to open the door for the paramedics and lead them to your bedroom. Taylor kept rocking you and telling herself and telling you that everything was going to be okay. - "I love you baby, you're okay. This is all going to be okay" Taylor repeated. Within minutes that felt like an eternity the paramedics appeared in your room and carried you downstairs to the ambulance.
- "What did she take? And how much of it?" One paramedic asked while going to the ambulance.
- "I don't know. We had two kinds of antidepressants, different painkillers and antibiotics. I don't think that she took the antibiotics, because the number of pills that we had before this was practically the same that was in her bathroom next to the empty packages" Andrea said and proceeded to tell the paramedics which kind of pills were in there so that they could best decide how to treat you.
They placed you in the ambulance: - "There's only room for one of you in here, the other can meet us in the hospital"
Taylor started crying loudly again and told Andrea that she was going to meet both of you there and the ambulance doors closed in front of her. She ran into the house, quickly changed her clothes and looked for some comfortable clothes for Andrea, then she looked for Andrea's bag and hers and put everything in the car, driving quickly to meet you there. On the way to the hospital, she called Tree:
