At the Tonks residence, Andromeda and Ted were deeply worried about Nymphadora. It had been 10 days since they had last received any news from her, despite sending their Patronuses in an attempt to get a response.

They had consulted Dumbledore to check if there were any updates from the Ministry of Magic, but Dumbledore informed them that there had been no results.

As they tried to have dinner, their concern kept them from touching their food. Suddenly, the sound of a knock at the window startled them. When they looked, they saw an owl. Upon opening the window, the owl dropped a letter and flew away.

Andromeda: Ted, it's from the Ministry of Magic.

Ted took the letter and broke the seal to read it.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tonks,

Due to the lack of communication with your relative, the Ministry of Magic understands your concern. As such, the Ministry will be offering a training session on the use of telephones so you can communicate with your daughter. The training will be conducted by Miss Ocmin from the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the main hall of the Ministry of Magic. Please note that the lack of communication is due to the security measures being implemented to face the imminent threat, which has prevented your relative from contacting you.

The next day, in the main hall of the Ministry of Magic, a stage was being set up with telephone booths, all supervised by Miss Ocmin, who was in charge of training the families of the selected wizards on how to use the Muggle device.

Miss Ocmin, a Muggle-born, was excited about the Ministry's technological update. The telephones provided by the Muggles were interconnected communicators. She, along with Arthur Weasley, her department head, was setting up wards to ensure the devices would function properly.

In the minister's office, Amelia was reading a letter from Ragnok. He assured her that they could forge a sword similar to the one requested, but it would take at least five months and cost 1,000 Galleons.

Amelia planned to inform Sasuke about the sword at the next meeting.

Meanwhile, Sasuke was standing on the water with his Susanoo activated, performing a series of hand seals.

Sasuke: SUITON: SUIRYŪDAN NO JUTSU (Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu). The river water began to swirl into a dragon shape, but suddenly collapsed back into the river.

Sasuke reflected that it was taking longer than expected. He continued practicing, repeating the hand seals to increase the speed of the technique. After several failed attempts, he decided to step out of the water and meditate.

As he sat down, several spells rained down upon him, raising a cloud of smoke. The attackers watched as the smoke cleared, revealing a skeletal, purple figure with Sasuke at its center.

The Susanoo vanished.

Sasuke: Winki, Alpha, Gamma, Beta, Tuk, Lotho, Nob, Tumil, Tolman.

Six house-elves appeared before him: You called, master?

Sasuke: You did well.

The elves: Thank you, master.

Sasuke had been training his reflexes and the speed of activating his Susanoo.
