Ural Mountains.

Three people are walking toward the mountain's summit.

Hours pass, and they finally reach their destination: an imposing iron door standing before them.

Person 1: We've arrived. Are you sure about this?

Person 2: Yes.

Person 3: Understand that from this point on, there is no turning back.

Person 2: I know. We will fulfill our master's will, and the world will remember his name.

The others nodded in agreement at their leader's words. Then, the three drew their wands and began casting a sequence of spells. When they stopped, several gears within the iron door started to move, and the door swung open, revealing a passage inside the mountain.

As they entered, lights flickered on, illuminating a long corridor.

Person 2: The Seraphim Project begins.

Person 1 and 3: Yes.

Two Years Later

The chaos caused by Voldemort had been resolved, and his name was no longer feared but merely regarded as a simple nickname, since his true identity had long been revealed.

Historians began to write about Tom Riddle's life and how he became Voldemort.

Many sources were willing to share what they knew, including some Hogwarts classmates from his student days.

However, one reporter stood out for tracing and interviewing the children from the orphanage where he grew up; this reporter was Rita Skeeter.

The Daily Prophet announced on its front page that, after years of investigation, Rita Skeeter would publish her book titled "THE TRUTH ABOUT TOM MARVOLO RIDDLE."

Ministry of Magic.

The politics of the Ministry of Magic had improved significantly, granting more rights to Muggle-borns, House Elves, and those affected by the war, but some prejudices still lingered, as they were difficult to eradicate completely, all during Amelia Bones's tenure.

A significant change occurred when a monolith was erected in front of the Brotherhood statue, inscribed with the names of Wizards, Muggle-borns, House Elves, and others who perished to achieve this peace; they are now regarded as heroes. There were dissenting voices against the inclusion of House Elves' names, but Amelia Bones used her influence, highlighting that the strategy of employing House Elves was Sasuke Uchiha's idea.

On the fifth floor of the Ministry of Magic was the Department of International Magical Cooperation.

Inside this department, Hermione sat at a small table, reviewing several documents.

She had joined the Ministry as soon as she finished her studies at Hogwarts, specifically in this department. Her goal was to improve the situation of House Elves in the world, and by entering here, she sought to find supporters of this cause in other countries to create an NGO similar to those existing in the Muggle world but in favor of the Elves.

However, the results so far were not as desired.

Suddenly, the door to a room swung open, and a voice rang out:
