In Sasuke's compartment, everyone was gathered, eagerly waiting for him to speak.

Astoria: Sasuke, tell us how the confrontation with Tom went.

Ginny: Yes, we want to hear your side of the story.

Sasuke: Is that necessary?

Draco: Give us all the details.

Zacharias: Sasuke, why don't you show us with an illusion spell?

Luna: Yes, Sasuke, be more detailed.

Sasuke thought to himself why he had ever mentioned one of the Sharingan's abilities.

Sasuke: You won't stop asking until I show you, will you?

Daphne: Please, we'd love to see it too.

Just then, there was a knock at the compartment door.

Opening the door, Sasuke saw Professor Slughorn standing there.

Slughorn: Mr. Uchiha, good morning.

Sasuke: Good morning, professor.

Slughorn: I've come personally to invite you to lunch in compartment C.

Sasuke: No, thank you.

Slughorn: Come now, Mr. Uchiha, this would help you build good connections with your peers; they're all quite well-connected.

Sasuke: I understand.

Slughorn smiled, seemingly satisfied.

Sasuke: For networking, right?

Zacharias, Astoria, Luna, and Draco: Hahahahah

Sasuke: I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I already have better connections than you, professor. You should know that—I have a good relationship with the Minister of Magic and the head of the Aurors. So joining your club wouldn't benefit me at all; it would just be a waste of time. Besides, I have more important things to do, like hunting Tom Riddle.

Slughorn flinched at the mention of Voldemort's real name.

Sasuke: If you have nothing else to say, goodbye, professor.

Sasuke closed the door in Slughorn's face. Stunned, Slughorn hadn't expected such a rejection. Several students nearby had overheard, as Sasuke had spoken quite loudly.

Slughorn left with a flushed face, clenching his fists in embarrassment. He silently regretted not listening to Snape, who had warned him that Mr. Uchiha wasn't interested in joining the club.

Zacharias, Astoria, Luna, and Draco burst into laughter at how Sasuke had spoken to Slughorn.

Ginny, meanwhile, wished that the professor hadn't noticed her, as she wasn't sure how she would face him in the club later.

Daphne: Sasuke, you shouldn't have spoken to him like that; the professor might want to take revenge on you.

Sasuke: I don't care. I've said multiple times that I'm not interested.

Daphne: But...

Sasuke: You all want to see the fight, right?

Everyone nodded "yes."

Sasuke: Then look into my eyes.

Sasuke made a mock wand movement.

Everyone found themselves inside a Genjutsu, watching the battle he had with Voldemort.

In the headmaster's office at Hogwarts, Albus was reviewing Sasuke's duel with Voldemort. Thanks to a magical device that recorded the entire fight, the footage was projected across the room as if it were a Pensieve.

All the portraits of former headmasters observed the confrontation closely.

Dumbledore: What do you all think?

Phineas Black (Headmaster): I knew it, only Slytherin produces powerful wizards.

Armando Dippet (Headmaster): You're forgetting about Albus, who's from Gryffindor.

Phineas Black (Headmaster): Of course, Albus, but after him, no other Gryffindor wizards have emerged for decades; Slytherin, on the other hand, has produced two in a row.

Dumbledore: That's enough, we need to analyze this.

Dilys Derwent (Headmaster): Mr. Uchiha is growing stronger at an alarming rate.

The other portraits nodded in agreement.

Dexter Fortescue (Headmaster): He doesn't hesitate to kill. Did you see the look in his eyes when he used the Killing Curse and cut Voldemort's arm off with his sword?

Vindictus Viridian (Headmaster): He's a master of wandless magic, so disarming him wouldn't make a difference.

Dumbledore: His hawk is well-trained, able to understand his master's thoughts without any need for orders.

Dilys Derwent (Headmaster): Albus, go back to the scene where he's surrounded by needles.

Dumbledore rewound the image and once again saw Tom casting the "Gladii Pluvia" spell.

Dilys Derwent (Headmaster): You know that spell creates several needles around someone, but only one is real. Yet Sasuke identified the true one effortlessly. He has an extraordinary magical perception—or perhaps he guessed correctly. Either way, I doubt he'd hesitate in identifying illusions, so they likely won't work on him.

Everard (Headmaster): Before I became headmaster, I traveled to many parts of the world, but I've never seen that purple creature before.

Armando Dippet (Headmaster): It's a demon.

Everard (Headmaster): I doubt it. He controls that thing as if it were a part of him, enhancing his magic. See how the sea water takes the form of a dragon? Plus, demons are uncontrollable beings—they attack anyone.

Phineas Black (Headmaster): Albus, replay the scene where he's being chased by the Fiendfyre.

The scene repeated, and everyone watched closely.

Phineas: Clever boy.

All the portraits: What do you mean?

Phineas Black (Headmaster): Albus, you noticed, didn't you?

Dumbledore: Yes, I did.

Everard (Headmaster): What are you talking about?

Phineas Black (Headmaster): He deliberately led Voldemort toward the sea to use the seawater in his spell. That's why the Fiendfyre couldn't counter his spell—there was an unlimited source of water around him.

Phineas Black (Headmaster): Albus, if you face him, you'll need more information and to carefully choose the terrain. Otherwise, you won't stand a chance against him.

Dumbledore: Fiendfyre could still be effective against him, as long as there's no water source nearby.

Armando Dippet: Forming a team might increase your chances of success. Also, don't forget to bring the Sword of Gryffindor—it's embedded with basilisk venom. Even a minor cut would be lethal, especially compared to the swords he uses, which don't have the same goblin-forged edge as the Sword of Gryffindor.

Dumbledore: I have an idea on how to gather more information about him.

Phineas Black: Albus, keep going like this, and you'll be joining us sooner than you think, he thought.

The train arrived at Hogsmeade station. All the students disembarked and made their way toward the carriages that would take them to the castle.

Meanwhile, the first-year students were escorted by Hagrid across the lake toward the castle.

As some students entered, they were surprised to see Professor Snape, as it seemed the curse affecting Defense Against the Dark Arts teachers—limiting them to one year—hadn't touched him.
