Rota Daphne - Part II

As they crossed the barrier separating the Muggle world from the magical one in Tokyo, Sasuke and Daphne looked on in amazement at the magic of this country, each with their own opinions.

There was an impressive variety of magical shops and restaurants, and people were dressed in traditional Japanese attire, some carrying katanas at their waists.

Daphne was enchanted by the sights, curiously observing everything around her, but something caught her attention: some merchants were transforming into animals.

"As you can see, thanks to this potion, transforming into an Animagus is much simpler."

A member of the audience stepped out of the crowd and questioned, "How do we know this is true?"

"Since you're brave enough to ask, you can prove it by taking this potion," replied the merchant, tossing the bottle into his hands.

Sasuke, meanwhile, found the scene relaxing; everyone was dressed in yukatas and kimonos, as if he had returned to his own world. He then pulled Daphne aside and said:

Sasuke: We didn't come here to be tourists. What's the next stop?

Daphne: Sorry, I got distracted.

She pulled out a piece of paper with instructions she had received from the goblins at Gringotts about obtaining the Book of Mystic Secrets.

Daphne: We need to go to the Wizarding Guild so you can register.

Sasuke: Guild? Why?

Daphne: The Book of Mystic Secrets is a treasure of the imperial family, and every ten years, they hold a tournament for the winner to consult it.

Sasuke: Let's hurry.

Sasuke and Daphne walked towards the Wizarding Guild.

Daphne glanced back, observing the results of the volunteer who had taken the potion.

Sasuke: Don't waste your time; it's rigged.

Daphne: But look, he just transformed into a rabbit!

The group witnessing the transformation began to purchase the potion.

Sasuke: We don't have time for this.

They walked in silence, but Daphne lamented missing the chance to buy the potion; it was an easy way to become an Animagus and would make a great gift for others. She turned to Sasuke and asked:

Daphne: Sasuke, why do you think it's rigged?

Sasuke: Because this isn't a true Animagus transformation; it's just a temporary change caused by a potion that will last a few minutes, or at most an hour.

Daphne: How do you know that?

Sasuke: Remember what the Transfiguration book said about Animagi?

Daphne fell silent, reflecting.

Sasuke: In an Animagus transformation, the wizard transforms into an animal but always retains a distinguishing feature that sets them apart, like an article of clothing or accessory they're wearing, their hair color, or the shape of their face. For example, Professor McGonagall; when she turns into a cat, the color of her glasses is visible near her eyes.

Daphne: With just one look, you noticed that rabbit didn't have those details.

Sasuke: Exactly.

Daphne: We need to warn them.

Sasuke: We're not doing that; it's their fault for being fooled.

Daphne: But...

Sasuke: I've mentioned that knowledge is power. Besides, this way, they'll learn there are no shortcuts, only hard work.
