Classes proceeded as usual, except for a change in Defense Against the Dark Arts. Moody had reorganized the lessons into two hours of theory and two hours of practical training (physical exercises). However, only a few students were truly dedicated, while most didn't care much, since for wizards, physical movement often involved Apparition or flying on broomsticks.
Another noticeable change was that six students were always surrounded by three first-years. Sasuke took advantage of this situation to isolate himself and review magical artifacts in his secret base.
In a hidden room deep within the Forbidden Forest, Sasuke was drawing runic symbols in the air with his wand, following instructions from an ancient book to ensure the strokes were accurate.
Hours passed until he successfully completed the drawing of the magical runes.
Sasuke: Winki.
Winki: Yes, master.
Sasuke: Notify Scrimgeour that I need about 20 Portkeys. Deliver this scroll, explaining the reason.
Winki: As you wish, master.
Winki vanished, leaving Sasuke alone in the room, where he began reading another advanced book on magical runes.

Scrimgeour: Tonks, Kingsley, Diggory.
Kingsley: Mr. Scrimgeour.
Scrimgeour: Report.
Kingsley: We haven't been able to locate the five Death Eaters who are on the run.
Tonks: We searched the entire Bernwood Forest, but nothing.
Diggory: It's as if the earth swallowed them up.
Scrimgeour: Move on to the next forest.
Kingsley: Understood.
Scrimgeour: Williamson, Robards, Kent.
Williamson: Mr. Scrimgeour.
Scrimgeour: What about you?
Williamson: No success either. We intercepted letters from their families, but nothing of importance.
Robards: I'm monitoring who's coming and going, but nothing suspicious so far.
Kent: Do you think they might have fled the country?
Scrimgeour: I doubt it. They must be hiding. Continue with your assignments.
Williamson and Kingsley: Yes, sir.
Back in his office, Scrimgeour pulled out a communication mirror.
Scrimgeour: Minister.
Minister: Mr. Scrimgeour.
Scrimgeour: Any news on the Death Eaters? Any leads from intelligence?
Minister: Nothing so far. Their faces have been circulated, but there's been no progress.
Scrimgeour: I appreciate the support.
Minister: Anytime.
Scrimgeour then contacted the military base monitoring the cities for any signs of the Death Eaters using mirrors. However, there were still no traces.
Someone knocked on the door.
Scrimgeour: Enter.
Winki: Mr. Scrimgeour, I bring a letter from my master.
