A sudden silence fell over the Great Hall. Everyone was frozen, incredulous at the terrifying sight before them.
The Dementors had arrived at Hogwarts. No one knew how they managed to infiltrate this sacred space, and some thought they were hallucinating. However, they quickly snapped out of that illusion when the intense cold emitted by these creatures began to seep into their skin. Despair intensified, causing many to kneel and drop their wands.
It was then that the Dementors bowed before Sasuke Uchiha.

Months earlier, he and Scrimgeur had led a search team that found the Dementors.
Hours later, Sasuke returned alone to the mountain, where he discovered the Dementors gathered.
They trembled at the sight of him, fully aware that he could exterminate them at will. Now, they were even more terrified, as the young wizard's eyes, which they feared, glowed a deep red, causing them to lower their heads; not even the Dark Lord could instill such fear in them.
Sasuke: I know you understand me, so I'll get straight to the point: I want all of you to mark this scroll with your blood.
Sasuke pulled a scroll from his cloak and spread it out on the ground. The Dementors, resigned, marked the scroll with their blood.
Once they finished, Sasuke stored the scroll away.
Then, he performed a series of hand seals, struck the ground, and shouted:
Sasuke: Kuchiyose no Jutsu!
One of the Dementors lurking in the back emerged in a cloud of smoke before Sasuke.
Sasuke: Now I can summon you whenever I need, no matter where you are.
The Dementors realized they had signed some kind of magical contract, binding them to appear before this young wizard.
Even if they abandoned their posts at Azkaban, it meant that betraying him would be tantamount to death.
For this reason, they were required to show the utmost respect to Sasuke whenever they encountered him.

Sasuke then issued a few commands, and the Dementors began to glide toward the remaining members of the Order of the Phoenix.
Kingsley: CAST YOUR PATRONUSES!
Tonks: THOSE WHO CANNOT CAST IT, JOIN THOSE WHO CAN!
Professor McGonagall was in a panic, but Trelawney stepped in front of her, trembling.
Trelawney: Do not fear, Minerva. My inner eye tells me we will prevail.
McGonagall felt embarrassed; she had always underestimated Sybill, but now she was encouraging her to fight, so she stood up.
Everyone still standing pointed their wands at the Dementors and shouted:
Order of the Phoenix: EXPECTO PATR-
But suddenly, a bolt of electricity shot through Kingsley's chest.
Tonks: KINGSLEY!
Kingsley fell to the ground, spitting blood as Tonks held him.
Sasuke had unleashed the Chidori, shaping it into a katana blade.
Sasuke: I am your opponent, so do not get distracted.
