Four Hours Later

In the depths of the forest, a campfire crackled, illuminating two figures nearby.

One was sitting while the other lay asleep on a blanket. The only sound was the crackling of burning branches.

Suddenly, the boy woke up screaming.

???: DAD, JACK, WHERE ARE YOU? HELP ME! DAD!

But a voice quickly silenced him.

Sasuke: You're safe now, calm down.

The boy looked in the direction of the voice and saw a young man of Asian descent sitting on a log, with a sword stuck in the ground beside him.

???: Who are you? Where is that thing?

Sasuke: Before you ask, you should introduce yourself first.

???: Billy Taggart.

Sasuke: I'm Sasuke Uchiha. As for that creature, it's already gone.

Billy: Thank you for saving me, Mr. Uchiha.

Sasuke: No need to thank me. Just rest; we'll head to your home tomorrow.

At that moment, a rumble echoed from Billy's stomach, causing him to lower his head in embarrassment.

Sasuke drew his wand, surprising the boy, and with a swift movement, conjured food and a glass of milk.

Billy: Amazing! Are you a wizard?

Sasuke: Something like that. Eat quickly and get some rest.

The boy devoured the offered food and soon fell asleep.

Lost in his thoughts, Sasuke murmured: That demon hasn't returned. I'm in a part of the forest where there aren't many trees, so we would be visible from the sky, but it hasn't shown up. Does it think I would use the boy as bait to catch it? Well, I suppose I can rest. The traps are activated; if the demon doesn't appear, I'll take the boy home tomorrow, but not before wiping his memory.

The Next Day:

Sasuke woke Billy.

Sasuke: Breakfast is ready. Once you're done, we'll leave.

Billy: Thank you, Mr. Uchiha.

After they had breakfast, the two began walking to exit the forest. Sasuke remained alert, but there was no sign of the demon. Then, suddenly, he remembered something.

Sasuke: Do you know your home's phone number?

Billy, embarrassed, looked down and admitted he hadn't memorized it.

So, they continued walking, which lasted about an hour until they reached the main road, East 9. However, there were no vehicles around to take the boy home.

Sasuke turned and asked another question.

Sasuke: You know your home address, right?

Billy: Yes, just follow East 9 to km 800, then turn right and follow the dirt road; at the end, it's the only farm at km.

They both waited for an hour, but no vehicles appeared. Sasuke planned to use a genjutsu on a driver to take the boy, but since there were no vehicles, he decided to take him himself.

Sasuke: Step back a bit.

Billy complied and stepped away from Sasuke, who began making swift hand signs and then struck the ground with his right palm.

Sasuke: Kuchiyose no Jutsu.

A small cloud of smoke appeared, and as it dissipated, a huge falcon emerged. The boy was startled upon seeing it.
