Megatron x Optimus' Daughter!Reader (Transformers Prime)

A/N: Currently doing a collab with a friend for a Starscream fanfic. Will be working on that while doing one shots.

A/N Pt.2: Saw the 40th Anniversary rerun of The Transformers the movie. I will say the friend that I went with and I were freaking out during the extra 12 minute short.

Y/N's POV

" Can't I just join you for one mission? It sucks just sitting around here." I said to my sire as he came back with the rest of the Autobots. " We've been over this Y/N. You are not to leave the ship unless its absolutely necessary." My dad, Optimus Prime, said. " But I can fight and I can help fix up our friends. I'm useful sire." I said. " It's not about being useful Y/N. I just need you to stay safe." He said. My name is Y/N and I am the daughter of Optimus Prime. I was born on Cybertron and joined my sire's cause when I was old enough to pick up a blaster. We recently crash landed on a planet called Earth and have been fighting the Decepticons here while protecting the native life from them. I followed him into the medical bay where Ratchet and Wheeljack were fixing up the Autobots that got injured during the last fight. " I don't know what happened during your last fight but most of the guys were beaten bad. It's gonna take cycles for us to fix up everyone." Ratchet said. " Fix up who you can. Y/N will assist you and Wheeljack. Get as many Autobots on their feet as you can." Sire said to him. " But you're down men. I can fight with you while Wheeljack and Ratchet fix everyone up." I said. " Y/N that's enough! Just assist Wheeljack and Ratchet!" Sire said. He then walked out of the medbay with a huff. I sighed and walked over to Ratchet and Wheeljack. " He's so overprotective. I'm apart of this team as much as anyone else." I said. " Well you know why he's doing this. He doesn't want to lose you the same way he lost your mother." Wheeljack said. " I know but...." I trailed off. " Why don't you start working on Bulkhead? Out of the three of us, you're the best at fixing big mechs." Ratchet said. " Fine." I said. I walked over to where Bulk was laying and began tending to his wings. " What'd you do? Have the whole Seeker brigade use you as target practice?" I asked. " Well I would've been fine if Bumblebee didn't show off." He said. Bulmblebee just beeped in response. I laughed a bit.

" I'll get you back in the fight soon enough." I said. " Thanks Y/N." He said. As I was working on Bulkhead, Wheeljack's comm started to go off. " Wheeljack here." He said. " Wheeljack here. What's up Prime?" He said. " Wheeljack, I need you, Ratchet, and anyone else who can function to report to me. Teletran-1 has just picked up Megatron's location." I heard my dad say over the comms. " Roger that Prime. Come on you two." Wheeljack said to Ratchet and I. I made sure Bulkhead's wounds were patched up before following Wheeljack and Ratchet to where dad was. He was in front of Teletran-1 with Bumblebee and Arcee." Is that all we have?" Sire asked. " I'm afraid so Prime. Everyone else is incapacitated." Wheeljack said. " I see." Sire said. " So what's the situation?" Ratchet asked. " Teletran-1 picked up Megatron's signal. He's collecting energy from a power plant located near his base of operations." Sire said. " Then we gotta strike now. It doesn't matter how many of us there are. If we can take him down, that's good enough for me." Arcee said. " Y/N, you stay here and fix up the others. We'll take care of this." Sire said. " But dad I can fight." I said. " It's too dangerous. Please..." He said. I sighed. " Fine." I said. " Thank you. Autobots, transform and roll out." He said. I watched as everyone transformed and headed out of base. " Sorry dad. But I can't just sit by this time." I said. I transformed into my car form and left the base to go after them. I followed the tire marks in the ground and soon found my dad and the autobots engaged in a fight with Megatron and his lackeys. " Sire said Megatron's ship was nearby. Maybe I can sneak aboard and find out some of his plans for that energon he's stealing." I said to myself. I made sure everyone was distracted before leaving the area to look for the ship. " If I was a Deception ship, where would I be hiding?" I asked aloud.
