I kept seeing stories where they sleepwalk so I've decided to write one, tell me what you think
600 WordsFelix's eyes fluttered open, his senses groggy and muddled. A voice was speaking to him, firm but gentle.
"Hey there, you awake now?" the voice asked.
He blinked, realizing he was looking up at a police officer who was crouched in front of him, concern written across his face. Felix sat up slowly, disoriented, his mind struggling to piece together what was happening. He was on a bench in a park, the sky dim with the early signs of dawn.
"Do you know where you are?" the officer asked.
Felix rubbed his eyes, trying to shake off the lingering haze. "Um... I'm not sure," he admitted. "I think I was... asleep?"
The officer exchanged a glance with his partner. "We think you might have been sleepwalking," he said carefully. "Let's get you somewhere safe so we can figure this out. Do you have any ID on you?"
Felix patted his pockets, feeling his heart sink when he found them empty. "No phone, no ID. I... I don't really know what's going on," he stammered, the confusion starting to give way to anxiety.
"It's okay," the officer reassured him, helping him to his feet. "Let's head to the station. Once you're there, you might be able to remember a number to call."
Felix followed the officers to the car, still trying to piece together what had happened. A short ride later, he found himself in the station, sitting on a bench as the officers gently asked if there was anyone he could call.
It took a moment, but then he remembered. "Yes—my friend Chan. I know his number by heart," Felix said, the familiarity of the number easing his nerves a bit.
The officer handed him a phone, and Felix dialed, listening to the ring. Finally, Chan picked up, sounding groggy but alert. "Hello?"
"Chan, it's Felix," he said, his voice a bit shaky but relieved to hear his friend's voice. "I think I sleepwalked, and the police found me. I'm at the station."
There was a moment of stunned silence. "You're at the police station? Hang tight, we'll be there in no time."
Felix handed the phone back, breathing out a sigh of relief. He could already imagine the reactions of his members—half worried, half astonished.
About fifteen minutes later, Chan arrived at the station, along with Seungmin and Han, all of them looking wide-eyed and anxious. Chan hurried over, pulling Felix into a quick hug.
"You alright? We were going nuts trying to figure out where you'd gone," Chan said, relief evident in his voice.
"I'm okay, just really confused," Felix replied, rubbing the back of his neck. "I didn't even know I could sleepwalk that far."
The officer approached and gave a brief rundown of the situation, assuring them that Felix hadn't been in any trouble—just in the wrong place at the wrong time. With a few final reassurances and instructions to keep an eye on Felix's sleep patterns, the officer handed Felix off to his friends.
As they left the station, Seungmin gave him a half-teasing nudge. "Sleepwalking all the way to the park? You really know how to keep things interesting, huh?"
Felix chuckled, shaking his head. "Guess I just like giving you guys a surprise."
As they walked home together, he felt grateful for his members' warmth and support, knowing he could count on them—even in the strangest situations.
