The dorm was unusually quiet, the kind of stillness that made Jeongin's stomach twist. The younger had been carrying the weight of a terrible secret for far too long, but tonight, he had resolved to unburden himself.

Gathered in the small living room, the members of Stray Kids were huddled together, laughing at a video Hyunjin had pulled up on his phone. Jeongin stood at the edge of the group, his fingers nervously twisting the hem of his hoodie.

"Guys," Jeongin's voice cracked as he interrupted their chatter. Everyone turned to him, their expressions soft and curious.

"What's up, Innie?" Chan asked, his tone full of warmth.

Jeongin swallowed hard. His heart raced, and his chest tightened. He hadn't rehearsed the words, they felt too raw, too messy. But they needed to be said. "I need to tell you something. It's... serious."

The shift in the room was immediate. The smiles faded, and the air grew tense as the members focused entirely on him. "Go ahead," Minho encouraged gently.

Taking a deep breath, Jeongin clenched his fists. "For a while now... our manager has been..." His voice broke, and tears pricked his eyes. "He's been hurting me. Touching me in ways he shouldn't."

The room was dead silent. The weight of his confession hung heavy in the air, pressing on everyone's chest like a boulder. Jeongin dared to look at his hyungs, hoping for understanding, but the reactions he saw weren't what he expected. There was shock, disbelief... and worst of all, doubt.

"What are you saying?" Seungmin asked, his tone skeptical but not unkind. "Are you sure? This could..."

"I'm telling the truth!" Jeongin interrupted, his voice rising in desperation. "Why would I lie about this?"

"But... we're so close to debut," Changbin muttered, his voice laced with frustration. "You know what this could mean for us, right? For all of us?"

Jeongin's heart shattered. He had expected anger - righteous fury on his behalf - but not this. Not hesitation, not doubt. Tears welled in his eyes as he took a step back. "I knew you wouldn't believe me," he whispered, voice trembling. "I should've never said anything."

Before anyone could respond, Jeongin turned and fled to his room, slamming the door behind him. The sound echoed through the dorm, leaving the rest of the members in stunned silence.

Inside his room, Jeongin curled up on his bed, burying his face in his pillow to muffle his sobs. He had tried so hard to stay strong, to hold everything together for the group's sake. But their disbelief cut deeper than any of the pain he had endured alone.

He didn't want them to hear him cry, didn't want to seem weak. But the emotions he had bottled up for so long refused to stay hidden. His quiet sobs turned into gut-wrenching cries that filled the small room, slipping through the cracks of the door.

In the living room, the members sat in heavy silence, Jeongin's words replaying in their minds. The faint sound of his cries began to creep into their awareness. It was Hyunjin who stood first, his eyes glistening with unshed tears. "I think we really messed up."

The others exchanged guilty looks before following Hyunjin to Jeongin's door. Chan knocked softly, his voice full of regret. "Innie? Can we come in?"

"Go away!" Jeongin's muffled voice came through, but the cracks in his tone broke their hearts.

"Please, Jeongin," Felix pleaded. "We're sorry. We should've believed you."

There was a long pause before the door clicked open just a fraction. The members hesitated before slipping inside, finding Jeongin curled up on his bed, his face blotchy and tear-streaked.

Chan sat down first, pulling Jeongin into a gentle hug. "I'm sorry, Innie," he whispered. "We were wrong. I was wrong. You're brave for telling us, and we'll make this right."

One by one, the others joined the hug, their warmth surrounding Jeongin like a cocoon. Felix held his hand tightly, and Hyunjin wiped away his tears with soft apologies.

"We'll protect you from now on," Seungmin said firmly, his earlier doubt replaced with determination. "You don't have to face this alone."

Jeongin sobbed harder, but this time, it wasn't from pain. It was from relief. For the first time in what felt like forever, he felt safe.

The members spent the rest of the night reassuring Jeongin, promising to take action against the manager and to stand by his side no matter what. By the time the sun began to rise, the dorm was filled with a sense of unity stronger than ever.

As they drifted off to sleep, piled together on Jeongin's small bed, he whispered, "Thank you." It was quiet, but in that moment, it meant everything.

The room was filled with soft smiles and whispered reassurances. Jeongin fell asleep surrounded by the warmth and love of his family, knowing he would never have to face his fears alone again.
