Joshua seventeen - sprained ankle

Seventeen was practicing tirelessly for their song "Hot." Hours of training passed, and fatigue was setting in, with sweat beginning to puddle on the dance floor. As the music pumped, Joshua moved into his spot on the right. But in his rush, he slipped on a patch of sweat, lost his balance, and fell hard, twisting his ankle as he hit the floor.

He grabbed his ankle, wincing in pain. The members immediately stopped, gathering around him with concern. Fortunately, it wasn't the first time someone had gotten hurt during practice, so the leaders knew exactly what to do. Soonyoung and Seungcheol took charge while Jihoon, trusting them to handle it, stepped back to call the manager, as the other members respectfully stayed back to give them space.

Soonyoung quickly went to get some ice while Seungcheol carefully helped Joshua lift his ankle, using a bag as a makeshift cushion for support. Moments later, Soonyoung returned with ice and gently placed it on Joshua's ankle to reduce the swelling.

When the manager arrived, he saw that the members had already tended to Joshua. After a quick assessment, the manager decided to take Joshua to the hospital to get an X-ray and ensure there was no fracture. Seungcheol accompanied Joshua, while the other members stayed back to finish their practice, though the mood was more subdued and focused.

Back at the dorm before Joshua returned, the members decided to prepare a warm welcome for him. They cooked his favorite meal and made sure everything was ready to lift his spirits as soon as he walked in. Later that evening, Joshua returned with crutches and a relieved smile, having learned there was no fracture but that he'd need to avoid dancing for two weeks, with walking allowed again in about a week.

His friends and him spent the evening laughing and sharing the meal they had prepared, doing everything they could to make sure he felt at ease despite his injury.
