The Ateez practice room was buzzing with energy as the members went over the choreography for the hundredth time that day. San was hyping everyone up, throwing in exaggerated moves and even challenging Seonghwa to a random dance battle.

"Come on, Seonghwa!" San grinned, bouncing around like he was about to take the stage of his life. "Show me what you've got!"

Seonghwa, ever the composed one, gave him a smirk. "You sure you're ready, San?"

The other members formed a half-circle, watching with wide grins as Seonghwa started dancing with effortless style. Not wanting to lose, San jumped in and went all out, spinning wildly, throwing in all the drama he could muster.

But in his grand finale - a ridiculous, overly dramatic backward fall - he put too much weight on one hand and felt a sharp pain shoot up his wrist. His landing was less "cool K-pop idol" and more "awkward potato on the floor."

The room went silent as San lay there, clutching his wrist and wincing. The others stared, processing what had just happened.

Then, to everyone's surprise, San looked down at his wrist, then back up at his members, and grinned despite the throbbing pain. "Wow..." he managed to gasp out between laughs. "Guess that fall was too cool for my own good!"

The ridiculousness of the situation hit him all at once, and he started laughing. Hard. Like, tears-in-his-eyes, belly-aching laughter. Soon the other members, caught off guard by his reaction, couldn't help but join in, their worry replaced by fits of laughter.
Wooyoung broke first, bursting into laughter. "San, only you could manage to break your wrist trying to look cool."

Seonghwa shook his head, chuckling. "Honestly, San, you're ridiculous. You make all these cool moves look so effortless, but of course, the one time you get too cocky..."

"Only you would think this is funny, you dork!" Yunho said, wiping away tears as he laughed along. "You were trying to be all epic, and then... boom! Down you go."

San, still on the floor, was laughing so hard he was almost rolling. "Hey! It was an amazing move until, you know... gravity happened!"

Even Seonghwa was laughing uncontrollably, bending over as he gasped for air. "Honestly, San... you're ridiculous!"

San winced, clutching his wrist tighter, but his laughter didn't stop. "I swear, this is going to be my best story yet. 'Remember that time I broke my wrist being stupid?'"

Hongjoong shook his head, still laughing. "No one's ever going to believe this story. They'll think we made it up to make fun of you."

As the laughter settled, Jongho moved closer, gently examining San's wrist with a more serious expression. "Okay, okay, we've had our laughs. But seriously, this doesn't look good. We should probably get you to the hospital."

San grimaced but nodded. "Yeah, you're right. I think I've earned a break, literally."

Wooyoung and Mingi helped him up, still chuckling softly as they headed for the door. San kept joking about it, making ridiculous comments about "stunt injuries" and "professional risk-taker hazards" until they were all laughing again, lightening the atmosphere.

The whole way to the hospital, the members kept teasing him, throwing out names for his "epic fall" and claiming it would go down in Ateez history. By the time they arrived, they were laughing so hard, even San almost forgot about his wrist.

Once at the hospital, the doctors quickly confirmed that San had fractured his wrist, requiring a cast and some rest from the intense choreography they'd been doing. As the doctor wrapped his wrist, San looked around at his members, giving them a goofy thumbs-up with his other hand.

"Guess I'll have to hold back on the cool moves for a while," he joked, still grinning despite the pain.

As they left the hospital, the members continued to tease him about his "legendary fall," knowing that it would become an inside joke for years to come. Despite the unexpected injury, San's laughter - and his ability to laugh at himself - reminded them all that sometimes, even the toughest moments could turn into the best memories.
