Tam got out of the car taken a deep breath. He wanted Phi to stay with him tonight. He needed Phi to stay with him tonight. It was still unclear if they were together or not. Hell Tam was unsure if Phi forgave him yet or not. Phi focus was work and Sosay. Even his actions were unclear. Tam was confused and a little heartbroken about the whole thing, but whatever the case was between them. He needed Phi to stay the night.

Leaning against the car, Tam looked at Phi giving a half smile. "Can you stay here tonight?" He asked hope in his eyes.

Phi looked at Tam for a moment fighting the urge to say yes. He wanted to stay too. The scare of almost losing his baby, and the fight made him an emotional wreck, but he wouldn't show that. He needed to be the strong one. Tam had been strong for him, now he needed to be strong for Tam. Yet he knew he couldn't. Not that night anyways. He had to much work to do the next morning, and he knew what would happen if he stayed.

Giving a little snort he shook his head lightly. "No, thank you." He said seeing the instant disappointment on Tam face, crushing his heart.

Tam gave a tiny smile nodding. He watched as Phi opened the car door, trying one more time. If Phi said no again he wouldn't push it. It would also give him the answer on rather they were back together or not. "Hey Phi. I made braised mackerel." Tam said the disappointment still on his face. He had no hope this was going to work, but he was going to lie and give it a shot. "Come help me eat it."

Phi looked at Tam, his face giving nothing away. He knew Tam was lying, there was no way he made braised mackerel, not when he had been at the vet hospital all day. The look of disappointment was still there, from his rejection just moment before, sadness and hopelessness had also joined. As if he was waiting for another rejection from Phi. He didn't know what was going though Tam mind, but whatever it was, was making him sad. He didn't like that look on his boyfriend face.

"I can't finish it myself." Tam finished, looking Phi in the eye. He hopped; Phi would get the hint.

Once again Phi looked at Tam, his face not giving away his thoughts. He had a lot of work to do, an early morning meeting with Yong, then one with the board. He needed to go over the finances for the shoot they just did and plan the finances for the next one. He need to finish is proposal for the board, to show future rating, and budget, however seeing the sad, hopelessness look on the man he loved face, made him not care about work.

"hmm." He said shutting the car door.

Tam heart was racing as they walked quietly into the house. He was nervous and scared. Would Phi get upset when he finds out the truth? Would he hate him more? Did Phi truly understand why Tam had wanted him to come inside? Is that why he came? Was this just going to be another "win, win"? Tam had been so heartbroken when Phi said that the last time. He didn't know if his heart could take it again.

He looked back to make sure Phi was still following as he walked over to the refrigerator. He stood there for a moment, taken a deep breath. He watched as Phi leaned against the pilar arms folded across his chest waiting, watching. It was now or never. Phi would know that he was lying. He already looked annoyed.

He took a deep breath as he opened the door, the cold air hitting his face, as he looked into the refrigerator for something that he knew would not be there.

Phi smirked, before sighing loudly. "Tam."

Tam turned his head towards Phi not looking at him. He felt like crying. Phi sounded really annoyed "Actually, there no braised mackerel." He mumbled unable to keep up the lie. Phi say inside the refrigerator anyways.

"I know." Phi quickly answer him, remaining where he was.

Tam looked at Phi a little surprised, curious and suspicious. "Then why did you come in?" he asked. Did he really only come in to have sex with him? Tam hinted at it, but it hurt. It hurt to think that is all Phi thought of him now.
