Jason's pov

We've told everyone about the pregnancy and we're finally down in Macon for the wedding. It took a while to get everyone's schedules fixed but we did it. My brother Johnny walks over. "Hey man,it's been forever." "Yeah, about all this. You ain't just marryin' her because you knocked her up are you?" Aw he's gotten his digs in early. "No, moron. I proposed before I even found out she was pregnant!" I gripe. "If you say so." Why does he always have to push my buttons? I ignore him and find mom and dad. "Hey guys." Mom hugs me. "It was so awesome for you to do the wedding down here." "Thank Rachel. It was her idea." I reply. "Who's Rachel?" Dad asks. "Oh Miranda's best friend who just got married to Kurt a week ago." Mom smiles and stands up. "I'm gonna go find her." "Either find Kurt or my girl. They're almost always together." I say, sitting beside my dad. A beer in my hand and his. The reason they couldn't make it to Nashville was because dad can't travel with his arthritis completely tearing him up.

Miranda's pov

I poke my head in and they're both sitting on the couch. The funny thing they drink their beer at the same time. I smile and open the door. "Hey baby girl." He says patting the couch beside him. I sit down. "Are you ready for tomorrow?" I ask as he holds me. "Yeah, and I can't wait for the nine months til our baby gets here." "Burgers are done." Luke calls. He helps his dad up then me. "You know I'm not helpless yet right?" I tease. He smiles, his arms around my waist. "I love it when you're helpless. Then I can take care of you." He kisses me and we sit back on the couch. A hand right below the edge of my jean shorts. I bite my lip in suspense. "Oh stop teasing me Jay!" I gasp. He chuckles.

Kurt's pov

Jason finally comes back out along with the girl of his dreams. "What took you guys so long? Ya missed lunch." I say, walking over. He smiles, holding her hand. "We were busy doing final wedding preperations." He says. She laughs. I just shake my head knowing he's BS'ing me. "Dude, I don't know why you'd think I'd fall for that." I say, crossing my arms. He's got a dumbass smile on his face. "I didn't. I just didn't want to come right out and say-" She elbows him, shutting him up. He smirks. "Oh I was just gonna say-" "shut up and kiss me cowboy." Which he gladly does and I walk away trying hard not to laugh.

"I think he knows." I joke. "No shit." She says laughing. I grab a bag of chips since I am getting kinda hungry. That's when Tully stands up with a beer in his hand. He taps it with a fork. Is he making a toast? Everyone quiets down. "My world was flipped upside down when Mike hired the two roadies but I'm so glad it happened. It may not have turned out totally the way I wanted but Rachel if you're happy I'm happy. To my best friends, the newlyweds and the newly engaged! I hope you have long and happy lives together." I'm so shocked to hear him say all that about Kurt and Rachel since he's still heartbroken over her.

Tully's pov

Kurt waves me over. Uh oh. He totally surprises me by hugging me. My hands shakily hug him back. "Thanks for saying that. I know how hard it probably was." I look at the ground. "You don't know the half of it man." I see Jason out of the corner of my eye, giving me worried looks. Asking with his eyes if I need help. I shake my head. "Take care of Rachel." I say. He smiles. "I will, Tully thanks." He walks away as I sit down. "You okay buddy?" Jason asks. "Yeah. Can't wait for tomorrow." He smiles. "I'm glad you're gonna be okay." He nods. "I can get over her. It's just gonna take some time." He nods.

I walk over to the riverbank for some time to think. He's so bummed. I wish I could cheer him up. My soon to be wife puts her hand on my shoulder. "Hey baby." "How is he?" She whispers, surprising me. I thought she couldn't stand him. "He's fine." I say, kissing her and holding her hand as we walk back to the picnic table. I glance back at my parents house. Tully leans against the wall talking to a woman. Maybe he's already moving on.
