Wandering in the Rain

Kira's POV

   I walked out into the storm as I looked around. I didn't even as KillerK to help me on this. I packed some healing potions, a couple aid kits, snacks, 2 waterproof headphones, dried towels, and a small to go shelter and a lot more stuff all inside my waterproof backpack. And of course my umbrella. I just walked on into the forest without a care of anyone's concerns. I wanted to find Ty.

   I've walked for hours and I feel seriously tired. The wind's picking up and I was lucky enough that I didn't get blown away yet. I felt slightly numb but kept going. I had music blasting through my headphones, but not so loud that she couldn't hear the outside world. I pulled down my umbrella to prevent being blown away. I still haven't found Ty. I can't stop though.

   I kept walking as the rain poured now on me. I just kept walking, ignoring my tiredness, ignoring the question of why am I doing this? I felt my own tears joining the rain's wetness. I didn't know what the tears were for, but I just let them fall. I surprisingly haven't came across any hostile mobs. But I'm happy for that reason.

   I slowly felt myself slowing down and finally cried out. "Ty!" I cried his name out repeatedly as I finally fell to my knees. I pulled off my headphones to hear the loud storm continuing as I heard a small groan. I looked to see Ty. He was nearly unconscious and in the open rain as his wings looked scratched up, probably from the rain.

   I gathered as much strength as possible to get up and drag Ty under a tree and open my umbrella. I stabbed my umbrella into the ground, making a small shelter for us. I pulled out my dried towels and put them all on Ty. I took off my wet water proof jacket as I wrapped myself in a towel and continued to make ourselves cozy.

   I set up the to go shelter, which was a just a tent and made it so it would support my umbrella and it was more like a small hut. I turned on a small candle lamp as I pulled out a small purple bunny plushie as I hugged it tight as lightning started. I jumped a little as I curled up next to Ty and finally let myself rest.
