Marissa's POV

It didn't take so much for night time of that cool Saturday to arrive. We had had an amazing and funny morning, eating barbecue, playing games in the swimming pool and telling jokes.

I was enjoying that weekend a lot, not only because I was having fun, but I was enjoying it even more, because it was a long time since I didn't see Demi so happy and cheerful. It felt good.

We had just met Wilmer just a week ago, but I could already feel how nice and respectful he was and Matt and I were wishing for Demi and him to be closer.

Demi had suffered a lot with Cameron and the cheating and as Demi told us, Wilmer had been struggling against depression the last months, so it's clear they need someone's support. And we know they are perfect for each other.

—Marissa, would you put this on the table? —Wilmer told me, handing me a plate of pizza.

I took the plate and I put it on the table in which Matt was sitting, looking at how Demi and Wilmer prepared dinner together.

—Any plan already? —I said, sitting down next to him.

He shook his head, thoughtfully.

—I'm sure he likes her. —I smiled looking at them.

—I'm sure Demi likes him too, look at the way they smile to each other!!

—Yeah... but it will be tough to get them together because Demi can't forget what happened last year in the school...

—I know Ma, but she can't punish herself thinking it could happen again... —Matt told me—. If they ever start a relationship, no one needs to know...

I kept looking at them while I listened to Matt, at the same time I was thinking about a plan to pair them up.

—Matt —I said loud enough to startle him—. Maybe the "Truth or Dare" game and some cocktails can help us... —I added smiling evilly.

Demi's POV

Wilmer and I baked some pizzas for dinner that night. We were quite tired since we had spent the whole day swimming and playing games in the pool, but Marissa had still too much energy to let us go to sleep. She was a teenager caught in an adult's body pleading us to play "Truth or Dare" game.

—Marissa, last time we played that we were in high school —I remembered her while laughing.

—I have already downloaded the game on my phone! I know! We used to love it! The worst part is the "Dare" part, so we just need some cocktails to be ready to say the truth —she replied joking.

—I don't wanna drink... —I stated—. I think I had enough last time —I said, remembering that catastrophic night in which I kissed Wilmer.

—It's okay! No alcohol! Great! Let's start! Who's gonna be the first one? —Marissa asked being the wheeler dealer she is.

—I'll start! —I heard and I looked around to see Wilmer smiling while raising his hand up.

I laughed at the fact of how surreal the situation was and then Marissa started the game. She clicked on the play button on her phone game and the question appeared.

—What's your dream date? —she read and we look at him straightaway—. Okay Wilmer, truth or dare? —she asked.

—Truth. —he nodded— My dream date... —he repeated in a lower voice while thinking—. I guess my dream date would be a night picnic on the beach —he said—. Simple, but romantic.

—Simple but romantic, I like it! —Marissa added—. Your time to ask! Demi, it's your turn!

Marissa handed Wilmer her phone and he clicked on the button.

—Oh God... —he whispered, trying not to laugh—. Okay, here I go! —he laughs—. Do you prefer to be on top or bottom? —Wilmer asked going red.

—What the hell? —I shouted while we all laughed.

—Truth or dare? —he said between laughs.

—I'll go with Truth, I bet there are so much worse questions I will want to avoid later, so I don't want to waste my "Dare" wild cards —I laughed—. I prefer to be on top —I said shyly, but confidently.

—Here you have. —Wilmer passed the phone to Matt, recovering from the attack of laughter.

—Okay, Ma! You ready? —he shouted, taking the phone—. How do you feel about end pieces of a loaf of bread? —he read—. What kind of a stupid question is this? —he yelled and we all burst out laughing again.

—I say "Truth" and my answer is that I FUCKING HATE THE END PIECES OF A LOAF OF BREAD! YUCK!

We spent many hours playing the game and it got late. I was truly tired, so I promised to play my last round to go to sleep.

—Okay Demetrious! It's your last turn! —Marissa told me while taking the phone.

She read the question and she started laughing so hard that we thought she was about to have a heart attack. I was already getting frightened about the question she was about to make me...

—I'm sorry... —she got to say—. Okay, Demi. What is the worst sexual experience you've ever had?

I heard the question and I listened all of their laughs once more. I wondered why almost all of my questions had to be about sex. I rolled my eyes and I replied:

—I'm not going to give you the pleasure to keep laughing... —I said between smiles—. I choose "Dare".

They all put sad faces and Marissa clicked on the "Dare" button. Suddenly she went wide-eyed and she put her hand in her mouth, surprised. Then she read:

—Make out for a minute with the person you've in your right side.

The question shocked me and the process of the question remained me immobile for some seconds. I was sure about who I had sat next to me in my right side, but I had to look there to make sure I was right. And of course, I was. Wilmer was next to me and I had to kiss him for a whole minute with both of my friends looking at us.
