Sure, it might no be true, but thinking about what I said is a way who made easier for you to feel like he didn't matter all that much. It made you feel like you're the one with the upper hand and that was you're the one walking away with everything when he said he wanted to break up with you.
I hoped being you with someone would help with that. He would regret ever letting you go, a pretty woman like you. I hoped he knew you could move on, really move on, and live a life without him.
