Chapter 7: The scenario of a crime.

Beat went running to find Erina, only to find her pointing her gun towards a man that was there with a knife ready to attack. Beat aims for the arm of the man.
-Beat: Hey, guy! I know that you wanna cut in, but this isn't the best way to cut in a place! Drop the knife or you'll need a new arm!
-Guy: And let you kill me!?
-Beat: You are the one that killed the man that is dead here!?
-Guy: No! Why I would kill my boss!?
-Beat: A worker here? First, drop the knife. Second, you are starting to answer. Third, dare to say something that contradicts my proofs and I'll kill you. Got it?
-Erina: The third point is going a little too far. Only arrest him. It's better for all of us. That way the police will interrogate him.
-Guy: Letting me alone with werewolfves!? They'll kill me!
-Beat: Then answer us with the truth and drop the knife.
-Guy: Okay.
The guy drops the knife and Erina stops pointing her gun. Beat stops aiming for the arm of the guy.
-Beat: First: Who are you?
-Nick: My name is Nick. I'm working here.
-Erina: Today? That's strange. It's a free day.
-Beat: What I told you, Nick?
-Nick: It's the truth! Mike asked me to come today! I would get paid a lot for each hour that I was here!
-Beat: So extra hours? Well, then Vinnie was wrong.
-Erina: If that's true.
-Beat: Yeah. Nice one, Erina. Well, the second question. What you saw here?
-Nick: I saw something horrible! A werewolf entered through one of the windows! In its human form! Mike got angry and shouted at him: Why you dare to come here!? Then, all the bad happened. It was like he was trained for that.
-Beat: Your boss tried to escape?
-Nick: Yeah! And then that guy tracked him down without even smelling.
-Beat: No werewolf could do that. “Unless... him"
-Erina: Beat. I'll get his version of what happened. You can get a rest or check the scenario. Okay?
-Beat: Thanks.
Beat leaves to check the scenario of the crime.
-Erina: Tell me everything, Nick. Please, this is important. Because many people can die because of this. And not talking of the werewolfves only.
-Nick: Okay. I'll tell you all I saw.

Flashback starts.
Nick and his boss entered to check the machines that made the pills. Then he went to the bathroom, and heard something. A tall boy with long black hair and yellow eyes, without shirt and and only using jeans entered in the factory. Nick's boss was angry and started shouting at the boy. But then the boy said something that smelled of troubles.
-Chase: All meat is like the water of an oasis, it'll run out someday. The glory of a murderer is like a flower in the desert, it doesn't exist. I'll kill you, drug dealer.
-Mike: What are you?
-Chase: A werewolf.
-Mike: Crap!
Mike starts running but there's no escape for him, but he is able to hide in his locker but Chase finds him quite easily, like if he knew where he would hide and transforms into a full werewolf.
-Chase: I know where you are. Time to die!
Mike gets out of his hiding, avoids Chase attacks and reaches to the main line of production. There he grabs a gun with some rounds filled of procontrol drug 100% pure. It caused instant death to a werewolf in its wolf form. Chase tries to cut Mike and cuts the wall and the gun that Mike had. Then Mike starts trying to escape from Chase but Chase jumps and bites Mike's head and takes it out, then he cuts more Mike and returns to his boy form, grabs the head and says something that scared Nick.
-Chase: You tried to hunt us. Well, I hunted you down. Regret of your sins in the afterlife.
Then a man with blue eyes, short black hair, wearing a black suit and gloves hugged Chase.
Man: Well done! Well done, Chase! Your clan will be safe in no time! 3 targets more and your clan will be safe! Only 3 more! Keep it up!
-Chase: Of course I'll keep up. I cannot let that them turn my people into their personal drugged dogs. Even if I die.
-Man: Your next target will be someone of the government. They are the ones that support the creation of this drugs that damage your people.
-Chase: Just give me the scent of this target and his name. I'll kill him no matter what happens.
-Man: Well said!
They leave and Chase leaves with the head.
Flashback end.

Erina was surprised by what Nick said.
-Erina: You said Chase!?
-Nick: Yeah! Why?
-Erina: “Beat won't like this" I don't want to capture the wrong werewolf.
-Nick: I'm sure. Find the man and you'll find Chase.

Meanwhile, Beat checked all and found pieces of a gun and some round of a strange liquid. He compares the liquid with the liquid of the procontrol pills before of turning them into pills. It was exactly the same.
-Beat: So the victim tried to do my job. Quite stupid. But well, humans are stupid when they are about to die.
Beat keeps searching for clues and finds another thing that surprised him. Another cigar of Spertia.
-Beat: Second time I find one, and this connects Chase sudden leave with this. Crap, the boy is killing this people? I hope not. The humans always start wars... Chase, I hope that you aren't doing this. That it was mere luck that we found a cigar of Spertia thrown in the dirt in your clan home. I wouldn't like to kill the only companion that is still alive after being my companion.
Beat keeps searching.
