Beat arrived to Cynthia's house scared and worried for Erina but when he entered he found Sylvia blind, Cynthia dead and Erina safe and he breathed deeply to calm his nerves. Erina was worried.
-Erina: Boss! You are fine!
-Beat: Heh. A zombie won't kill me so easily. Still seems that our little Succubus is ready for the eternal damnation.
-Sylvia: A shame I cannot see your face, Beat. But surely you were worried for Erina.
-Beat: (coughs) My bad. Still, your way to execute people... It's far too bloody.
-Sylvia: (laughs) Now I'm sure of it. He's Beat.
-Beat: Still, you shouldn't use your power. It's bad for your health.
-Sylvia: Well, I never expected to live this long.
-Erina: People... You aren't worried for the 20000 zombies moving to the streets?
-Sylvia: Beat. I already called for making use of project Bloodline.
-Beat: That signal will kill the zombies but the living will have a headache of hell.
-Sylvia: Well... Neither we can do a lot to help. The church has been corrupted for sure.
-Beat: Why we trust in the church? They have proven to be a pain to deal with.
-Erina: Yeah, but without the church... Chaos will happen.
-Sylvia: It's like with the politicians.
-Beat: Heh. Usual thing. Still, now is time for bad news, no?
-Sylvia: We must gain time.
-Beat: So making the zombies look at us is our job?
-?: Not yours alone, boss! Then a man with black eyes, short red hair, a scar in his left eye that was wearing glasses, a black shirt, jeans and black trainers started walking near the house and he shot a lightning from his left hand to some zombies and burned them to a crisp.
-Beat: Why are you here? You aren't supposed to be busy with the kidnapping of a human girl?
-?: Yeah, solved and incinerated some skeletons.
-Beat: Well, it's nice to see you, Vincent!
-Vincent: Thanks, boss. (Looks at Erina) Is she our first newbie?
-Erina:(surprised) Ye... Yes! My name is Erina Hell! It's great to find such popular monster hunter! Vincent “Lightning Breaker"!
-Vincent: Oh. You know me already? Perfect. Then you know that I expect...
-Erina: A perfect investigation! I know that already.
-Vincent: Boss, I like this new companion of yours. Please, try to not get her killed.
-Beat: That's a low hit.
-Vincent: I know. Also, Sylvia is blind?
-Sylvia: Yes. I shot blood bullets.
-Vincent: Lady Sylvia, a wonderful woman like you shouldn't shoot blood to worthless enemies. Let me take care of this undead trouble. I'll make lightning rain in this area!Vincent started charging both of his hands with electricity and shot it to the sky and in a moment a lightning rain was falling to the entire district, eliminating many zombies but not all.
-Vincent: Some have survived, but no problem. I'll take care of them.
-Beat: Take care! If you shoot too much electricity, you'll end unconscious.
-Vincent: I know that. No need to warn me.
-Beat: Then, since you killed...(starts counting)... Around 19000 of zombies, I think that Sylvia should call off the project bloodline this time. And I can handle 1000 zombies! So why you don't help her to find a safe place, Vincent?
-Vincent: (Nervous) Me with lady Sylvia!? Alone!? I... I...
-Beat: It's an order, Vincent. Help her.
-Vincent: Roger that!
Then a strong noise is heard by everyone, the remaining zombies fall to the ground dead and everyone has a big headache unless Erina, who seemed extremely fine.
Beat saw that and started wondering why Erina wasn't affected but he had to make seem the other way around how he could. The government would turn her into a test subject in no time if they learned that she wasn't affected by Bloodline.Beat went where Erina was and grabbed her with all the strenght he had looking like he was trying to use her shoulder to stand up but then Erina and him fell to the ground.
-Vincent: So even Beat couldn't withstand this?
-Beat: Yes, I cannot! Like Erina it seems.
-Sylvia: A shame. It would be good to have someone who could stand up.
-Beat: Yeah, a shame...Hi people! Sorry for the short chapter! Still, here we have another case! Erina seems being Bloodline-proof which seems that the government doesn't want to happen. But why Erina wasn't affected? Who knows!
