"You don't need to go hard and cold on people to make them realize that you're building a wall in the middle of you and them. In fact, you don't need to do anything."

"What do you mean by that?"

"It's not like they don't realize that you're keeping your distance anyway. When you try to make some distance or being slightly cold or holding a grudge or, I don't know, being someone that you've never be before, maybe? The person who you aim to will always feel the change. No matter how hard you try so they won't notice you will fail. Because we're all humans, we notice things, even the slightest bit of it."

"How can you be so sure about it? And what if I distance myself from a certain someone but that someone just act normally? Like she doesn't realize that I'm distancing my self."

[ a short laugh encounter ]

"What? Why are you laughing?"

"Because your question is kinda funny. Man, here's the thing, just like what I said before, everyone will notice when someone else act differently towards them. However its their decision whether they want to acknowladge it or not. And by that I mean, it's their decision whether they want to ask you what they did wrong or just pretend like they didn't know."

"Why would they pretend like they didn't know? That's ridiculous."

"And why won't you just tell them what they did wrong if you want them to know so bad?"

[ the conversation abruptly stops for a while ]

"Hearing that you're wrong is tiring. Knowing that the way you act dissapoint someone is tiring. Maybe that's why a lot of people pretend not to notice; because they're to tired to set the path straight. And so you can be mad, and you can distance yourself from someone else but that someone also have their right to pretend like they don't notice your change. It's a win-win situation though."

"Well, I guess you have a point then."
