I run to the house and at the front door I see Michael, Reaper, and Chiller.
"Hey, I'm home." I say and Michael tackles me.
"Ray!" He yells and the wolves crowd my face. I let out a sigh.
"Michael, please get up. I know I've been gone a while, but I wasn't dead." I say as he whimpers along with the dogs.
"We thought you were, mom was worried sick. It's been almost three months since you disappeared. The police couldn't find you." He explains and I hear something hit the floor before looking up at my mother.
"Ray....... you're alive." She says walking toward me, her eyes tearing up.
"I am mother." I sigh. "I am perfectly fine."
"I knew something was wrong when Reaper started freaking out and the Chiller didn't come back with you. I was so devastated, where have you been this entire time?" She asks and I take a deep breath.
"You know just boning around." I say chuckling as I remove my cloak.
"What's with those clothes?" Michael questions.
"Oh, I got them from a friend." I say and they look at me confused. "Forget it." I say looking at the ground.
"What's wrong?" My mother asks me and I suddenly burst into tears.
"I didn't want to leave. I miss them, I miss the kid and Papyrus and Sans." I say as the tears stream down my face.
"Who are those people?" Michael asks trying to comfort me.
"They're skeletons." I say trying to push the sad feelings aside.
"Bark." ( Reaper )
"I know Reaper, but I miss them. I want to go back." I say as the the tears begin streming from my face.
"Bark, bark." ( Chiller )
"Chiller, I'll be okay. I want to go back, but maybe the feeling will pass with time." I say looking at him.
"Come on child, let's get you inside." My mother says guiding me into the house and Michael follows behind us.
"Ray, where were you?" Michael asks.
"I don't know. I just know I fell down in a hole near the mountain and I was in a different world. I was afraid, but the guy I was with helped me through it." I say smiling. "Sans."
"Are you sure you didn't accidentally eat a bad mushroom?" My mom questions.
"Mom, I'm part wolf, I know what and what not to eat." I reply, my breathing finally becomes steady.
"Chiller!" I yell. He comes running in the kitchen and I feel something bump against me. I turn around and see a floating bone head. "How did you get up here?!" I ask.
"Bark!"
"Oh, so you can just appear where you want to, that's kind of cool." I say laughing. "Well, I called Chiller, not Viper, but it's good to see ya."
"Bark!"
"Are you sure? He seemed fine when I was there not too long ago. He can't be depressed now." I say looking up at Chilly.
"Bark!"
"What do you mean he refuses to go to work?!" I say almost yelling. "That damn lazy bones." I grab a note and begin to write on it. "Make sure he gets this." I say kissing Viper on the head and he disappears.
"Is it safe to come out?" I see Michael peeking from behind the counter.
"Relax. He's fine. Viper is a sweety." I say laughing.
"Sweetheart, where on earth were you?" She says looking into my eyes as though she was giving me a check up.
"I'd tell you if I knew, but I don't know." I say sighing.
"Why do you want to go back there so bad?" She asks me.
"I grew attached, I fell in love, I just didn't want to leave them. We even saved a kid." I explain.
"You fell in love?! Was it with another dog?!" Michael says teasing me.
"Ha ha, very funny, but tibia honest, he's a lot more humerous than you, Michael." I say and I start laughing.
"Ray, who did you fall in love with? Was it blackmail?" She says gripping my shoulder.
"No! It wasn't blackmail. I genuinely care about him." I say smiling a little.
"What's he like?" Michael questions me.
"Well, he's kind of short, berry laid back, he can be serious and scary at times, but overall, he's pretty chile, parsley because it's just his nature." I say giggling.
"He's not better than me." He says.
"He's better than you in so many ways." I say laughing. "He's good with kids, he keeps me entertained, I get to go for walks, and the four of us hang out like a family." I add.
"Four?" My mother questions.
"Yeah, me, Sans, Papyrus, and the kid." I say.
"You know this is the happiest I've seen you in a long time." My mother says giving me a soft smile.
"Yeah, I don't know why you like these guys so much, but they must have really grown on you." Michael adds rubbing my head. That's when I look out the window.
"The sun is setting." I say smiling watching as it slowly goes down.
"Michael, did you lock all the doors and windows?" My mother says in a panicked voice.
"What? Why?" I ask.
"Those wolves. The ones that we thought killed you, they've been attacking the house recently." Michael says running around and I head to the living room. I can sense them, they're approaching.
"Both of you, upstairs now!" I yell letting out a growl and they scramble for the steps. "Chiller, Reaper go watch the back. I have a bone to pick with the alpha." I add and they both run to the back. They burst through window and I go all out attack. They start tearing at my clothes, but I'm not giving in to a bunch of Fidos. They continue coming and I hear wimpering in the back. Then I hear a familiar noise, like a laser.
"Bark!"
"Viper?! What are you doing here?" He comes in blasting the wolves left and right.
"Bark!"
"Well, thanks for the help." I say jumping out of the window and walking over to the alpha. I get down on all four and we go at it. He tears my clothes to shreds and leave me with scratch marks everywhere, on my face, back, stomach, you name it. Needless to say, I was the victor after kicking him into a tree and pinning him to the ground. At that time, I was recognized as the alpha and the other wolves obeyed me.
