In the morning, I smell breakfast and sound of clattering pots and pans fill the room. I sit up causing Sans' boney hand to slide off of me. I take a shower and head downstairs seeing my parents cooking and LB sitting at the table with Aurora.
"Good morning." I say as I take a seat.
"Morning pumpkin." My mom and dad say.
"Morning Alpha." LB says.
"What are you doing here Aurora, I thought you lived with Brandy?" I ask.
"I do, but I got this text earlier. They said I had something to do with the falling of all these gangs because I've been in each of them. They're looking for me, they know what I look like thanks to Kacey. You were right, that shipping company was a mafia." She says.
"FK Crating Fixes." I say reaching toward the counter and grabbing a pen and some paper. I write the name down on the paper and begin to slowly rearrange the letters and after a few minutes I finally figure it out. "It's sex trafficking. They're a sex trafficking company."
"It makes sense on why they were trying to get you." LB says staring at the paper. "What are we going to do about this?"
"Here is breakfast." My mom says handing the three of us a plate. "Are the skeletons coming down?" She asks.
"Papyrus left before you two got up. He said he had to go talk to Muffet and check on Gaster who is also an early riser." LB explains.
"More like not a sleeper." I mumble. "Sans is still upstairs, he should be down soon."
"So, are you and the skeleton.....?" My mom asks looking at me a bit intrigued.
"Yeah, for almost seven years." I say and they look a little puzzled. "He gets over protective at times and so it's hard to do my job."
"Well, uh, I guess that's okay. It's not our decision to make." Mom says.
"Anyways, MCC is probably going to get a lot of street credit thanks to not only this, but the others as well. I wonder how it came to this in the first place." I say shaking my head.
"Morning Ray." Michael says walking over to the couch.
"mornin pup." Sans says walking down the steps and into the kitchen with us.
"Morning Michael, Morning Sans." I say smiling in their general direction. My mom hands Sans his plate and my parents take a seat at the table. "Mom, dad, I know you're totally against what I'm doing and so I want you to get it all off your chest and tell me what I should not be doing and what you think I should change about this entire situation. And I mean everything." I say glancing over at Sans.
"Well, we think you shouldn't have gotten involved in this big gang thing in the first place. There are ways you could have avoided it. We were always hoping that you stayed in school and did something with your life. It didn't have to be science like us, but anything other than this. We are glad you're okay, but you shouldn't be throwing yourself into danger when you have monsters to do stuff for you. Other than that, we're content." They finish.
"That's not everything and I know it's not." I say.
"y'know they wont say anything about." Sans says.
"You mean they won't say anything about wanting me to date someone who can please me. Or more so, give them grand kids." I say chuckling as I glance over at their guilty faces.
"yeah." Sans add. "then again, they don't know much about monster biology."
"I know right." I start giggling. "Don't worry you two, you'll have a grand kid or two, and they won't be adopted."
"so what needs to be done? we took out those other guys, alate gamma is done and their boss is dead." Sans says letting out a sigh.
"Aurora said something about FK Crating Fixes." I reply.
"That company is weird." Michael says. "I went in there a few years back to have something shipped out and they asked me if I had some strange thing. I don't even remember what is was to be honest."
"Really? What was their behavior like?" LB asks.
"Well, it seemed normal at first, but now that I think about it, it was kind of suspicious. They kept their eyes on me the entire time I was there, like they knew me or something. It's kind of unsettling now that I think about it." He explains.
"I wonder what would happen if I went in there to have something shipped?" I say smirking.
"dammit alpha, you and these unnatural ideas." Sans says shaking his head. "can ya jus not for a day?"
"Wish I could, but I have something to ship right now." I say quickly boxing a vase and running out the door. It takes me about ten minutes to reach the outskirts of town and I ask around for the location of the company. I get the directions and immediately head over, arriving after about another ten or fifteen minutes. I walk inside and I get a few glances.
"Hello there. I've never seen you before." One guy at the front says in a flirty tone. "So you're into role playing."
"No, not particularly. Role playing isn't my forte." I say smiling.
"Then what's with the ears and the tail? That can't just be for show." He says a little amused.
"Oh. Those are real." I say wiggling my ears and tail and he jumps back a little. "Yeah, I know. Freaky right."
"Definitely." He says and I look around the room for anything out of the ordinary. "Now you're not a cop, are ya?"
"No. If I was, you would have made me super suspicious by now. All these stares I'm getting." I say leaning over the counter and he blushes a little. "Now, I came here to ship something."
"Well, I definitely have a boat for you to ride." He says smirking. "Hows about it?"
"I'd love to stay and chat, but I don't want to get you in trouble with your boss. Besides, I'm not interested." I say as I begin walking away. I hear a loud beep and some mumbling.
"Hey little lady. My boss would like to meet you." He says and I turn around slowly.
"I don't think I have time to meet him." I say innocently.
"It'll be worth your while, I promise." He says insisting and I begin walking back to the counter.
