Chapter: 54

"oh shit." Sans says still staring at the blank screen. "the fuck did i just see?"

"Alpha...... was there anything after that? Anything on what happened to her, why she ended up in the orphanage, why she doesn't remember something this important, where are her parents are now? Anything?!" I ask shaking him frantically.

"Look! I'm just as confused as you are. I'll ask my dad about more of this and see what I can find. I'll be sure keep you updated on that, but for now...." He says turning the other way. "David, come here!"

"Yeah?" He says making his way over to us.

"Do you know anything about the Guordan family?" He asks.

"Nothing in particular, no. I know they had  a lot of money, a kid and one day they disappeared." He replies shaking his head.

"Hey guys, sorry I'm late. I had to make sure no one was on my tail." Jackie says coming in out of breath.

"tookya long enough kid." Sans says.

"Hey Jackie, I  know you just got here, but we need you to do some research on the Guordan family." I say looking up at him.

"The Guordan family." Another voice emerges. "That sounds familiar." We turn around and see Alpha back, her clothes torn and body covered in scratches.

"Alpha! You're back!" I yell.

"how ya feelin pup?" Sans asks and she lets out a sigh.

"I'm fine." She replies.

"No, what did you do? Something is different about you?" I ask looking at her intently.

"I.... heh....... I absorbed her soul, but it's fine." She says looking at us. "It wasn't her anymore anyway. So, this Guordan family, they sound familiar. Who are they?" She asks and we all get quiet.

"no one special pup, jus a rich family." Sans says.

"That sounds really familiar for some reason. The Guordan family, Guordan family. I feel like I should know them, but it's not coming to me at all." She says.

"Hey Jackie's back and he said something about the Alate Gamma group following him. He managed to get away without them following him though." I say.

"Really? That's good to hear. We need to find a way to take them down, they are really starting to piss me off." She says, her eyes glowing an unusual red color.

"What do you mean take them down, Alpha that's crazy." Thomas says coming out of no where. "There's no way you can take them down."

"Watch me." She says. "Marco! You're coming with me right now." She adds grabbing him by his collar and walking out the door. Sans and I get up and head right behind her, followed by Jackie, Thomas, David, and John. We make it right to the entrance of the building of the company, she barges in and we follow right behind her. The employees inside stop what they're doing and look at as before pulling out their guns. Sans pull their guns from them and Alpha heads straight for the elevator. The four guys run onto the elevator and I follow while Sans stays behind to handle these guys.

"be careful pup." He says as the elevator doors close.

"We're not going anywhere." David says.

"Are you guys afraid of free falling?" I ask them and they all shake their heads.

"Good." Alpha says as she punches a hole in the top of the elevator. She hops up first and pulls Jackie and John up and I pull thomas and David on. "Hold on to something." She says cutting the cables on the elevator and quickly fall down the shaft. David and Thomas cling to me, Jackie and John cling to a pissed off Alpha, and just as it crashes, we jump. They were scared shitless.

"What the actual fuck?" John says shocked.

"If you're going to be around her, get used to it. The shit she does is normal." Jackie says letting out a sigh. He opens his computer and does some fancy finger dancing. "I got the map of this place. You can take the hallway straight down to the right make a left, another left, one more left and then a right before reaching the room you need."

"Alright, let's go." She says making her way down the hallway as quickly as possible. I can tell something is different about her, something peculiar. We reach the room and she immediately breaks down the door.

"Surprise, surprise. I though I'd never get to meet the famous wolf girl that keeps chastising my men. You are a lot prettier than I expected you to be and a lot more angrier too." He says and I can't argue with him. "I see Marco is with you."

"Alpha, are you sure you want to do this, you don't seem very in it right now."  I say looking a little concerned and I see her cringe a little. She looks back at me and her eyes were a mixture of red and blue and I immediately pick up on the situation. "Alpha, fight it!"

"Coming in here unprepared? That's not a good thing, you're basically walking right into your death and you know that." He says standing up and slowly approaches her. "Do something!" He yells at her and she covers her ears. "You can't, can you! No one can control their anger once it's built up!"

"Alpha, you can do it!" I yell.

"Ray! You're not the wimpy girl I used to bully anymore! If you can stand up to a dickhead like me, you can stand up to anything!" John yells and she falls to her knees. The guy comes out of the shadows and approaches Alpha and I jump at the chance to attack him.

"Don't lay a finger on her." I say.

"Feisty. You're going to protect her until the very end, aren't you?" He questions getting close to my face. Jackie  shoots off a warning shot causig him to step back.

"Alpha, take as much time as you need, I can hold this guy off." I say staring him right in the face.

"In a bit over your head, don't you think. You don't even know my name or what I'm capable of, yet you think you can defeat me." He says calmly. I take a deep breath and close my eyes.

"LB don't do it." Alpha says. She already knows what I'm about to do. "You can't control her yet."

"You know I'd do anything for you, so that won't stop me. Make sure you take care of everyone alright and don't leave Sans, you know how he gets when you go missing." I give her a warm smile before everything goes completely black. The last thing I could resort to in order to save her, awakening the real demon inside of me.

"Frisk!" I hear her yell.
