The Alpha League [ Completed ]

Chapter: 13

~ Ray's P.O.V ~

I love the feeling of all of us together and the sun on my skin. We loved being together, it seemed as though things had subsided minus a few jobs we had to do, but that was normal and just like any other day, but we had fun. After the long day at the beach, we finally went home, ate a meal prepared by the Little Boss and me with help from Papyrus. Then it was off to bed for us, a nice rest would do wonders for all of us. We have a long day ahead of us. In the morning, I wake up, but Sans and Little Boss aren't there. I just assume everyone's downstairs eating breakfast and so I shower and head down myself. To my surprise, the house is empty which was very unusual considering Papyrus always made an attempt on breakfast, even the wolves were missing. I head outside and I get a chill up my spine, it was unusually quiet. I walk around the empty town for a while, looking for anyone, but I was unsuccessful. Their scent still lingered, but it was sort of faint.

"Hello there Ray." I hear a voice behind me and I turn around seeing a tall monster. He was dressed in the typical science clothes with a lab coat.  I then noticed that beside him were two crates, quite large. "I may have something you want." He spoke.

"Who are you?" I ask. The wind blows as we stand there a few yards from each other. I catch a whiff, something very familiar, it smelled like Little Boss and Sans. "Give them back." I say growling.

"I guess it is true. You are part wolf according to the information gathered on you." He says with a slight chuckle. "I'll give them back under one condition."

"You want my DNA, don't you?" I ask knowing the answer.

"Smart cookie. It is special indeed, however it seems to have failed and so I need your DNA which contains traces of the original samples." He explains. "I did travel all the way here just for you."

"I'll go once I know where everyone is." I say ignoring the whole dimension thing.

"Well, you already found two and everyone else is just spread across the ground. They're all here, you just didn't notice." He says and my eyes widen with fear. I fall to my knees and my first thought is of Papyrus. He was such sweetheart, and Grillby never did anything to anybody.

"How could you?" I growl.

"Have you figured out who am I?" He asks me chuckling.

"Gaster's old pupil." I say. "You're the one that sent those guys after me and they injected something into my arm. You've been trying to get to me." I say looking at him.

"Don't worry about that. After all, it's not likely a human falls down here, but a wolf human hybrid, now that's an opportunity no one can pass up." He looks at me.

"Give them back to me. Now!" I yell.

"I will, if you can beat me." He says attacking me. The Gaster Blasters he has are bigger than Sans'. They come after me and I start running. "That's right, tire yourself out before the real fight even begins."

It floats up to me, ready to fire. I don't even know if I should be fighting, he'll capture me anyway. Why not just give up? Then Sans and Little Boss pop in my head, because I have them. I look up at the floating head, glaring.

"Stop." I use one word hoping it would work. Good thing it did, otherwise, I'd be dead. No matter how you look at it, you must obey the Alpha. I point in the direction of the monster and he floats away and I follow behind.

"Oh, using the Alpha thing I see. Very clever." He says and I hear more of them coming. Each of them ready to blast. I have no where to run, I'm surrounded. "What are you going to do now, Alpha." He taunts me. Just as the blast happens, I take a leap of faith right into the air, luckily I stay suspended there thanks to a friend I hadn't seen in a while, smaller floating bonehead. The blast left a cloud lingering, it'd be almost impossible to navigable for the average human.

"What are you doing here? " I question. "Never mind, save Sans and Little Boss." I say and he drops me on the ground.

"I see you have a little help. Well, your lucks going to run out eventually." He says. I can hear the snow around him crunching. He's getting closer, I need to do something, but I don't have any special powers. I feel a hand grab mine and I jump only to see Little Boss beside me. They drag me along and away from the area.

"Alpha, when did you wake up?" Little Boss questions me.

"I woke today, this morning I believe. What happened?" I ask.

"This lunatic just popped up one day unannounced and started killing people. He said to hand you over with out a fuss and no one else would get hurt, but the entire town refused. Sans and I were the last two standing, but we ended getting captured in the end." Little Boss explains.

"You guys should have just handed me over, I never wanted anyone to get killed." I say looking at the little boss and then behind us.

"No! We would never hand over one of our own like that. We're a family, we have to stick together." My eyes widen at the words, but that touching moment is shattered by Gaster. He's standing right in front of us, behind were more blasters. We were trapped no way out.

"Looks like your luck ran out." Gaster's pupil says as the blasters load up and take a shot. My body felt like it was jerked and I flew backwards, little boss landed right on top of me.

"What was that?" I ask looking up.

"That idiot saved you two. I thought he was unconscious." He says. My eyes are suddenly filled with tears. Little Boss didn't handle it well either. "Had you just came with me, this wouldn't have happened. Well, he's dust now."
