I've always wanted to see the world. I've wanted to experience things and see everything. People learn from experience.
My friends and I, we want the experience. Ever since we were little. We wanted to experience the world.
Our own little minds took us on these adventures. Taking us deep sea diving in the Pacific Ocean, to exploring the rainforest in the amazon. From imaging seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa, to the Eiffel Tower. To making forts at sleepovers, pretending we met our Prince Charming and we were Cinderella.
Wherever we felt like going, our little minds took us too.
Not everything was pretend, we did have our actual adventures too. We'd ride our bikes around the town. Climb trees, hangout in the tree house and so much.
We did get to experience parts of the world together too. Family vacations took us to Hawaii, California, Florida, Mexico, Caribbean, Alaska and Canada. We have our weekend trips to New Jersey or New York too.
Our adventure took us wherever we wanted, whenever we wanted. Sadly those adventures slowly stopped. As we got older, our deep sea diving in the Pacific, exploring the amazon, to meeting our Prince Charming and being Cinderella slowly faded away.
The memories are always there, just never relived.
We're still friends, our adventures just slowed down. It's changed to beer pong at parties to how many shots you can take in under a minute. For me at least.
Now, we're seniors in high school. Our time is winding down, now I just want the last, greatest adventure of our lives before we depart our ways to college.
