Josh's point of view

Today, me and Tyler are releasing our 5th album, and in around 2 months or so, we're going on a world tour to support it. My physical scars have healed, but I still get nightmares about what happened to me. The words on my upper body had to be stitched up, and it'll mean that I can never take my shirt off on stage like I used to (which kinda sucks, but I don't want the fans to see the carving). I'm kinda nervous for today because we're doing a signing; Tyler tried to argue with the management because of what happened to me the last time we done a signing, but they argued back that there were tighter rules this time, but it still doesn't make me feel safe. Caleb called round my place the other day, and he said his dog, Raffy, had to have stitches on his muzzle where Cory had cut him, but Caleb said it made the dog look like a warrior.
"How's your shoulder?" I'd asked him.
"Oh, it still hurts like hell sometimes, but I'm just taking it in my stride. Luckily my hand and my cheek healed up quickly, so I'm glad about that," he'd replied. He'd asked me how I was. I didn't want to sound weak, so I lied and told him that I was fine. I could tell he didn't 100% believe me, but he chose not to question me.

I'm currently sitting at a table, and Tyler is next to me. The signing starts very soon, and management was right about one thing; there is tighter rules. Each fan is only allowed 20 seconds with us, and there are no gifts allowed, and once they've met us, they have to be escorted off the premises immediately. My heart is racing like mad, and I'm pretty sure I'm sweating. I need to get out, but I can't; the signing starts at 2pm, and it's currently 1:58pm. Agh, I can't do this!
"Ty, I'm scared," I murmur, just as the first fan comes up to us. I take a deep breath, and sign her CD.
"Enjoy the album!" I manage to choke out as she's escorted by security.

Almost an hour later, the signing is nearly over. My wrist aches, and my throat hurts from talking to so many people. The very last fan comes up to us, and he doesn't look happy; instead he's glaring at us.
And he unmistakably looks like Cory.
"Hey, man," Tyler says, going to shake the guy's hand. The guy doesn't respond to us, and instead leans over, and hisses in my ear before being escorted off by security:
"Watch your back, Joshua; I know what you did to my brother, and I'll get revenge...one day."
