Kathy brought in Ellie about ten minutes ago. I had to feed her without a bottle. It's weird, but it's what's best. She's under a blanket, so she's covered, and so am I. I decided I'd fill up bottles constantly.

"You okay?" Tobias asks. I nod. We leave once Ellie's fed.

Five minutes later, Ellie's fed. I burp her, and she spits up.

"Woah," Tobias says, laughing. He grabs a towel and dabs the puke. I chuckle.

"Hey, keep the food down," I say. Ellie smiles, which is cute without teeth.

"Good morning," Kathy says, walking in.

"So, you signed the birth certificate, fed her, all you have to do is change and dress her and you can head home," She says.

"Four, can you get the outfit I packed? and the diaper stuff," I ask. Tobias finds the outfit I packed for the baby. It's a white onesie with ducks on it and the feet are ducks. There's a matching hat too. It's so cute.

"You're too funny," Tobias says, handing me the outfit. He also hands me a clean diaper with wipes. I undo the blanket Ellie is swaddled in, revealing her tiny scrunched up body.

"Aww, she looks like a raisin," Tobias says. I laugh. I remove her diaper and put on the new one. Suprisingly not that hard.

She has a tiny pale body like me.

"You got a full belly?" I say, tickling her stomach. She gurgles as she flaps her hands. I slip on the onesie and the hat. She's too adorable. I even add the small duck toy we got her.

"Let me take a picture," Tobias says, taking his phone out. I hold Ellie in my arms and smile. I've never been happier.

"Beatrice Prior, your escort is here," Uriah says, opening the door revealing a wheelchair. I laugh.

"Uriah, don't be stupid," Christina says. "Tris, hop on,"

"I don't know," I say.

"Come on, I won't go fast." Uriah says. I slowly sit down in the wheelchair.

"You got the bags?" I ask Tobias. He nods.

"Let's go," I say. Uriah slowly moves the wheelchair as I hold Ellie. The movement makes her eyes flutter closed. She has long eyelashes. When she sleeps, her tiny lips are pursed.

"So Tris, are we doing rounds?" Christina asks, skipping next to me.

"I wanna get settled first. If you leave for like ten minutes while Four and I get back into things I'll let you hold her." I say.

"Sure!" She says.

"I'll come later with Mar, I'm sure she wants me there with her," Uriah says.

"Okay," I say. We arrive at my apartment and I stand up with Uriah's help.

"Thanks Uri, see you later," I say.

"Anytime," He says. He wheels the wheelchair down the hallway and rounds the corner.

"I'll be back in like fifteen minutes. Call me if you change your mind," She says.

"Thanks Chris," I reply. She skips down the hallway to her room. Ellie's eyes flutter open.

"Home sweet home," Tobias says as he opens the door to the apartment. I walk inside with baby Ellie.

"This is your home baby," I say. I chuckle at the nickname. I walk her to the kitchen.

"This is the kitchen, where you'll be fed," I explain. I walk through the living room and into her bedroom.

"And this is your room," I say. I set her down in the crib. Her small eyes close and she goes to sleep.

I spot the black foam letters on her dresser. I sort out the letters so they spell 'Elizabeth'. Tobias helps me stick them on the wall.

"I love it," Tobias says, admiring our work. I smile as he folds me in his arms.

"I love our little family," He says, kissing the top of my head.

"Let's start that photo album," Tobias says. I nod and grab the silver marker and the photo album.

I practice on paper before I actually write it on the book. I try a beautiful cursive then write it on the book. It looks really good.

Tobias walks back into the baby's room with a couple of pictures.

"To start," He says. He slides in a picture of Ellie right after she was born and washed. She's in a diaper on the table. He then tapes the hospital bracelet on the same page.

"Elizabeth Rose Eaton, born April 6th," Tobias says as he writes in the book. I smile. He moves to the next page and slides in two pictures of me holding her and of Tobias holding her.

"Ew, I look horrible," I say. Tobias chuckles.

"I do too, okay?" He says. I laugh. Ellie starts to cry.

"Aww Ellie," I say. I walk to her crib and lift her up. She starts to cry louder. She's not dirty, not hungry, what?

"Tired?" I ask. I bounce her in my arms as she quiets down. I bounce her as Tobias adds pictures to the album of this morning.

"Ellie comes home," He writes. Ellie finally quieted down. Her wide blue eyes are glossy and her face is tear streaked. I sit on the floor next to Tobias.

"Ellie," I say as I wipe her cheeks. I grab her ducky and play with her. She laughs. Tobias closes the book.

"We'll add more once we get more," He says. I follow him out to the living room and sit on the couch. Soon enough, there's a knock on the door.

"Come in," I say, still playing with Ellie. Christina and Dani walk in.

"Tris!" Christina says. She walks over to me.

"Trissy," Dani says.

"Hi Dani," I say. She smiles.

"Is dis Ellie?" She asks.

"Yeah," I say.

"Tris, can I hold her?" Christina asks. I nod and hand her Ellie.

"Can I hold her?" Dani asks.

"I'm sorry Dani, not right now, Ellie's a little too fragile," I say. she looks down.

"Okay," She says.

"Come here," I say. She climbs in my lap.

"How are you feeling?" Christina asks.

"Suprisingly fine," I say. She nods and plays with Ellie. She just gurgles and laughs.

Christina and Dani spent a couple of minutes with us then leave, leaving Tobias and I on the couch with Ellie

We watch a movie, though towards the middle Ellie starts crying again.

"Hungry baby?" I ask. I hand Ellie to Tobias and go to the kitchen to get a bottle. I warm it and test it on my wrist. Once it's good, I bring it back to Ellie.

"Here Ellie," I say, handing Tobias the bottle. He places it in her mouth and she slowly drinks it. Her eyes gradually close until there's nothing left. I place the burping towel on Tobias's shoulder as he burps her. She burps tiny little burps, which are so cute.

"I'll put her down," I offer. I take the half sleeping Ellie from Tobias's arms. and walk to her room. She passes out on my shoulder and I place her in her crib.

"She's down," I say, walking back into the living room. I curl up next to Tobias and he puts his arm around my shoulders.

"I love you," I say.

"I love you too," Tobias says. I smile. We're a family now.
