HELLO FRIENDS! how's school going? I haven't written in a while and just need to relax. So I thought hey, why not divergent? plus i'm bored. :/

Tobias POV

After they cleaned the baby, the nurse handed a small bundle to Tris. We waited until today to know the gender.

"Here's your healthy new baby boy." She says. Tears roll down Tris's face and she smiles.

"Hey buddy," She says. She fixes the small patch of hair on his tiny head. His pale blue eyes mirrored Tris's and he cooed.

"Yeah I know." She says, chuckling.

"How are you feeling?" I ask Tris. She sighs.

"Never better." She replies with a smile. "And a little tired."

"Well, just say hi to everyone when they come then it will just be us." I say. I brush the tears from her delicate skin.

Just then Christina pokes her head through the door.

"Hey guys," She says. In comes her, Will, Shauna, Zeke, Uriah, Marlene, Lynn, and James, Lynn's husband.

With Christina is Ellie.

"Hey big sister," I say, scooping her up into my arms. She giggles as I place her next to Tris on the bed.

"Hi mommy," She says. "Hi baby." Tris and I giggle.

They all congratulate us and aww at the baby. After a few minutes I interject.

"Well, Tris and I are both really tired, so I think we might just wanna be alone." I say.

"Okay, bye guys," Marlene says. Everyone leaves and it's just Tris, me, Ellie, and the baby.

"What's it's name?" Ellie asks, that wonderful piece of curiousity showing.

"Well, We did like Alexander, right? Alex for short?" Tris says.

"Yeah. What about the middle name?" I ask.

"Hey Tris," Caleb says, poking his head through the door. "Just wanted to drop by a little something," He says, handing me a small bear with a blue balloon attatched to it.

"How did you know it was a boy?" Tris asks, indicating that the balloon is blue.

"I got a pink and a blue one. Have to return the pink one." He chuckles.

"Caleb," Ellie says.

"Hey Ellie," He replies.

"Caleb, Caleb, Cal-eb, Cale-b, Cale." Tris says. "We can name him Alexander Cale, after Caleb, sort of."

"That sounds good. Like it Alex?" I ask. He coos a small coo.

"Alexander Cale. Has a nice ring to it. Well, enjoy," Caleb says, backing out the door.

"Bye," We say after him. I sigh. Tris's eyes are practically closed, the c-section drained her.

"You okay?" I ask, moving closer to her side.

She smiles. "Never better."

I wanted to end this chapter that way but the next one i think will piggyback this one.
