Divergent;an alternate ending

Chapter 16

Tris POV

Tobias decided to take me to this place called 'La Bella Luna'. I'm not sure what it means, but it looks beautiful.

I walk inside with Tobias and look around. I take in the scenery. They have lights draping across the ceiling, and couples at almost every table.

"Hello, Four, party of two," He says in a super deep voice that makes me laugh.

"Right this way sir," The woman leads Tobias and I to a table similiar to all the others that is round. It has a candle in the middle of the table and red rose pedals scattered over the table. It is stunning.

Tobias pulls out a chair for me and I sit down, and he pushes me towards the table. He sits down across from me and the woman hands us menus.

"Enjoy," She says and walks back.

"Where in the hell did you learn to act like such a gentleman?" I ask.

"Eh, Zeke taught me," He says smiling. I laugh.

"I'm serious Tris," He says and that makes me laugh even harder. Once I calm down, I open the menu and see foods I didn't even know existed. A man comes over with a bottle and says "Champagne?" 

"No thank you," I say. Sadly, I can't drink any alcohol until the baby comes.

"What are you going to have?" Tobias asks me.

"Maybe i'll get the bowtie pasta in a red sauce," I say. It sounds good.

"Oh, yeah I think I'll have the same." He says. The waiter comes over.

"Good evening, my name is Rob, what can I get for you tonight?"

"We will both have the 'crimson bowtie'." Tobias says in that deep voice again.

"Okay, and anything to drink? We have a nice wine selection here if you'd like." He says handing Tobias the wine list.

"I'm sorry, no wine for us." I say. "I'll just have a water."

"Same with me." Tobias says.

"Okay. Enjoy your night." Rob says taking the menus.

"Tobias, this place is amazing," I say in awe.

"I thought you would like it. It's very special." He says.

"Is tonight a special night?" I ask.

"No, Can't i have a nice dinner with my fiance?" He says. I give him a look.

"Fine, I thought maybe you were stressed out about everything going on so I thought I'd take your mind off of it." He says.

"Well thank you. This is wonderful. But let's make it a special night. I have a suprise for you!" I say.

"What is it?" He asks.

"Patience grasshopper, no need to rush." I say. We both laugh.

The pasta was extremely delicious. We had the best night just the two of us.

"I think our little friend over here really liked the food," Tobias says pointing to my stomach.

"Yeah, we literally licked the plate clean!" I say laughing. It feels good to laugh.

"Now can you tell me what my suprise is?" He asks. 

"Ok fine Toby. Close your eyes." I tell him. He closes them and I grab the box out of my purse.

"Open." I say. He opens his eyes and is confused at what he sees.

"I got you a wedding band. I wanted you to have something that symbolizes 'us' forever." I say.
