HELLO MY DEAR FRIENDS. So i've been really busy with camp and have had a bit of writers block, but I came up with something pretty good. (she says, flipping a piece of hair over her shoulder) So, here's another chapter, sorry this took so long! And sorry it's short... I want to leave you with some cliffhangers.......

Tris POV

I'm cleaning up the kitchen after breakfast as someone knocks on the door. I walk past Tobias playing with Ellie to get it.

"Mom," I smile. She doesn't.

"Hello Beatrice, can I come in?" She asks, holding hands with Noah. I motion for them to come in and they come in.

"Is everything okay?" I ask. She moves to the living room where Tobias greets her.

"Hello Tobias," She says.

"Hi Natalie," He says.

"Mom," I say. She turns to me and sighs.

"Your father has been charged with fraud." She says. My eyebrows furrow.

"What?" Tobias asks, sitting on the couch with Ellie on his knee.

"Someone accused him of stealing money and food from abnegation." She says. She places Noah on the couch next to Tobias.

"Where is he?" I ask, pacing the floor sowly.

"Answering questions at Abnegation. I know he didn't do it. They don't believe him. He'll be going to Condor headquarters soon for a trial." She replies. She starts to clean the toys from the coffe table. Abnegation is literally sketched into her mind.

"Who could have done this?" Tobias asks. Ellie drools on his knee smiling, making me smile slightly.

"We don't know." She says. I hand Noah a small toy frog, hoping it will occupy him.

"Hey Noah, can you go over there and play with this?" I ask him. He nods, slides off the couch, and moves to the opposite side of the living room.

"And this just happened this morning?" Tobias asks.

"Yes. They came to our door this morning, early." Mom replies. I motion for her to sit on the couch and she does politely.

"Do you want to hold her?" Tobias asks, referring to Ellie.

"Of course," My mother replies. Tobias hands Ellie over to my mom, who sits her on one knee facing her.

"Hello Elizabeth," She says.

"You still call her Elizabeth?" I ask.

"Well, that is her full name. She'll have so many nicknames, it would be nice to hear Elizabeth once and a while." She says.

"Good point." Tobias says. I sit on his knee and he wraps his arms around me.

"Daahd," Ellie says, pointing to Tobias. My mom smiles.

"Daddy," She says, pointing to Tobias. "Who's this?" She points to me.

"Mahmy," Ellie replies. She smiles more.

"Ellie, this is grandma," I say, pointing to my mom. She looks at me confused.

"Yeah, I think Grandma is a bit of a complicated word these days." Tobias chuckles.

"Gahm-ma," Ellie says. I giggle. My mom even laughs a little too. She catches herself though, clears her throat and fixes herself.

"I should probably get going." My mom says, handing Ellie to me. I stand and follow her to the door.

"Keep me updated?" I ask. She nods as Noah grabs her hand.

"Goodbye Beatrice," She says.

"Bye Noah, bye Mom." I say. I close the door behind her and walk back to the living room.

"Who could have done this?" I ask Tobias. He just shrugs.

BAM. Who do you think did it? I don't know...
