"Alright, Tyler... Would you eat those bugs that they like, put salt on for $50?"

Tyler scrunched up his face into a disgusted look, "Ew, Marcel, no. They would have to pay me a lot more for that."

"Alright, alright... $100?"

"Nope."

"$100,000?"

"... Maybe. Go to the next question, I don't wanna think about eating bugs all day." Marcel laughed and tried to think of something else.

"Ooh! I got a good one! Alright: Would you kiss Bryce for $100?"

Bryce, who was sitting near them and looking at his phone, shot his head up when he heard the question. Before he could voice his confusion, Tyler answered.

"I would pay $100 dollars to kiss Bryce. I mean, have you seem him?"

Marcel nodded, "I'll be honest, I'd do the same thing. He's too cute not to."

"If anyone said that he wasn't cute, I'd have to punch them."

"Dude, if anyone said Bryce wasn't cute, they obviously need some fucking glasses."

The more they complimented Bryce, the more flustered Bryce actually became. Did they really like him that much? He took a breath and walked up to them. He tapped them both on the shoulder.

They stopped their conversation and turned around, suddenly looking surprised that Bryce was there. "Uh, I kinda heard you guys talking, and uh, I was wondering if you would like to maybe, I dunno, get something to eat with me? Like on Saturday or something? Or-or any day that works for you, that's fine." Tyler and Marcel's faces were a little pink when Bryce said that he had heard them. But the offer to a date made them blush even more.

"Uh, yeah, that-that's fine," Marcel said, looking elsewhere.

"Where do you wanna meet up? I mean, so we can figure this stuff out..." Tyler awkwardly scratched the back of his neck. Bryce smiled at them, his confidence growing now that he knew that they were as nervous as him.

"How about the park?" They both nodded.

"Yeah, that's fine."

The bell rung, indicating that lunch was over. Bryce waved at them and quickly left. Tyler and Marcel looked at each other before grinning widely. "We got a date!" Marcel cheered. Tyler laughed, and they high-fived.
