I wanna do a theme of poems. If you have any suggestions, message me. Thank you.

The cold glass touched my lips,
And the residue left clear markings;
You wiped it off and touched my hips,
Touching your lips against my lips,
"The world will stop barking".

Barking, you said;
Barking, as in talking,
And talking as in
Barking;
It was all red,
"These are for you."

Nobody talks to me like you,
And they dislike my sense of wonder;
"She's ugly" they spit, is if they're not apart of this world too;
"Quit judging a book by its cover" they say, as if they're not judging.

I'm scared you will fall into their trap,
The nasty trap filled with incoherent lies;
"One plus one equals two" you smile,
That smile will start to fade one day,
The day I get so scared,
You fall out of love.

Are you scared as much as I'm scared?
Are you scared at all?
Are you scared to never be scared?
Are you scared?

Mark?

Answer me Mark?

One day, will you ever be scared?
