Way before Travis came to camp, but knew he was a demigod, he pickpocketed a lot of people. One time, he pickpocketed a girl with a braid wearing overall shorts. Right as he slipped his hand into her pocket, she caught his wrist. "Aha! Caught red handed." she said triumphantly. Travis was dumbfounded. He had never seen such swift movements at amazing speed. "So," she let him go and crossed her arms. "Why were you trying to pickpocket me?" Travis wanted to escape but he knew he wouldn't be able to get far. Besides, this girl was pretty cute. "I uh.." He felt his face grow red. He felt flustered. "I.."
"Oh save your breath. I know a child of Hermes when I see one. Katie Gardner, daughter of Demeter. You better not let me catch you doing that again. You'll regret it." She winked and walked away. Whoa, Travis thought. I'm definitely not going to stop pickpocketing people until I see her again.
