When Percy and Annabeth visited Portugal once, they stopped by a certain café to get some lunch. After asking for the recommendations, they decided to have this pastry bread thing called farturas. Percy started giggling and pointed out to Annabeth, "In America we have donuts, but here they have fart-nuts!"
Annabeth rolled her eyes playfully. "Shut up Seaweed Brain. Don't let anyone hear you say that."
They didn't know they were actually being watched by a figure in all black. When Percy said that thing about farturas, Nico smiled. "I just knew he would say that." Upon saying so, he shadow traveled to his next destination, leaving the happy couple behind.
