Where did we go wrong? (Sebastian Stan)

Hey guys! Y'all are probably gonna hate me for this.

Summary: One day. Everything just goes wrong between you and your boyfriend Sebastian.

You were sitting in the living room of your boyfriends apartment waiting for him to get back. You were watching tv, curled up in a blanket.

Then Sebastian walked in the door. He smiled slightly when he saw you curled up on the couch. You looked over and smiled at him.

Lately, the two of you have been distant from each other. Seb's not the happiest person that he used to be. The same for you.

"How was lunch with the guys?" You asked.

"Fine." Seb answered and walked to his office. That was all you got out of him anymore. It was either two to three worded sentences.

You sighed slightly and went back to watching your show. After a while, you went to go check on Seb. You found him in his office just playing on his phone. You knocked on the door jam and he looked up.

"What's wrong, Sebby? You seem down." You asked.

"Nothing's wrong." Seb shook his head and looked back down at his phone.

"Yes there is." You said a little annoyed.

"No. There isn't." Seb looked at you a little sternly.

"Why won't you tell me what's wrong? You've been so distant lately!" You said, trying to keep your voice low.

"I've been distant? You've been distant too!" Seb tried to keep his voice low too as he stood up.

"That's only because you have been distant!" Your voice raised a little bit.

"Sure I have." Seb rolled his eyes and pushed past you to go to the kitchen. You followed him, starting to fume a little bit.

"Yes! You have been!" You yelled a little bit. Seb slammed his palm against the table causing you to jump a little bit.

"You wanna know what's wrong, (Y/N)?" He asked and you nodded.

"You. That's what's wrong. You and I haven't been like we used to be. I've started to see an old friend of mine-." Seb told you without breaking eye contact. You cut him off.

"YOU'VE BEEN CHEATING ON ME!?!?" You yelled.

"NO! I've just been talking to my friend about what's going on between us! And she said that we have been losing each other!" Seb yelled back

The two of you got into a heated argument. It all stopped when he said quietly,

"Maybe I shouldn't have talked to you the first time we met." Seb muttered.

"What?" You asked. Trying not to let your anger out all at once.

"Maybe I shouldn't have talked to you the first time we met!" Seb yelled. "Maybe I shouldn't have helped you when we first met in high school! Maybe I shouldn't have asked you on our first date! Maybe I shouldn't have kissed you under the stars for the first time! MAYBE I SHOULDN'T HAVE LOVED YOU!" Seb yelled the last sentence at the top of his lungs.

You felt the tears well up.

"Maybe I shouldn't have loved you either." You said quietly. You grabbed your keys and took off the extra key you had to his apartment and you slam it down onto the counter.

Seb then realized what he had said.

"(Y/N). Wait. I-I didn't m-mean that!" Seb said as you walked toward the door. You slid on your shoes. You were about to open the door when Seb grabbed your arms gently.

"What?" You said coldy with tears streaming down your face.

"(Y/N), I'm sorry. I didn't mean that." He pleaded.

"Sure you didn't." You yanked your arms out of his grip and opened the door. "Maybe we weren't meant to be. I'm leaving. Don't call me, don't text me. And NEVER talk me EVER again. Good bye." You walked out the door and slammed it behind you. You ran down the hallway with tears streaming down your face.

One question plagued your mind and it kept repeating itself.

"Where did we go wrong?"
