Bowling Love (Bucky Barnes)

What your bowling ball looks like.

Summary- You take Bucky bowling with you for a date and you kick his ass

You LOVED to go bowling. It was your favorite sport. Bucky didn't understand how much you loved it, so you decided to take him bowling one day.

"What are you doing?" Bucky asked as he watched you dig around in your closet.

"Looking for my bowling bag." You grunted.

"Why?" Bucky asked with a small chuckle as you dove in further.

"Because," you found the bag and pulled it out. "We're going bowling." You stood up and slung the bag over your shoulder with a grin.

So, you put on your converse and dragged your boyfriend to the car, your bag with your 14 pound bowling ball and bowling shoes on your shoulder. You placed it in the back seat and then climbed into the driver's seat. Bucky plopped into the passengers seat next to you.

"You'll love this Bucky. It's so fun." You beamed. Soon you pulled into the bowling alley you would always go to when you were a kid.

Bucky looked at the bowling alley and nodded in approval while you were getting out of the car and grabbing your bag.

"Come on Slow poke!" You called as you closed the door and quickly walked up to the door. Bucky chuckled and got out of the car to follow you.

You walked inside and breathed in the familiar scent of the place, oil and wood. You walked up to the desk with Bucky and grinned at the owner, who you knew.

"Hey JJ." You smiled at the man in his early to late sixties.

"(Y/N/N)! How are you sweetie? It's been so long!" JJ grinned and came around the desk to give you a hug. He's like a father figure to you and a friend of your family.

"I know. But being an avenger doesn't give me much free time any more you know." You laughed a little. JJ pulled away and gave you a smile. He spotted Bucky and gave him a wave.

"Lemme guess. The boyfriend?" JJ asked and you nodded. "Came to show him who's the queen at bowling?" He chuckles as you nodded vigorously.

"Good, good. Lanes 1 and 2 ok?" JJ asked as he walked behind the desk.

"Yes sir. Thanks." You grinned as you paid for the three games. You got Bucky his shoes and he followed you down to the lanes. You practically ran there in your excitement.

Bucky laughed as he followed you. Once you got down there, you slid off your shoes before walking down to the ball return. You set your bag down on one of the couches and got your things out. You set your ball on the ball return and then you put your bowling shoes on. Leaving the fuzzy (Favorite color) shoe covers on over your bowling shoes. You got up and walked over to Bucky and pulled him to the racks of bowling balls so he could pick one out. You found one for him and took it to the ball return.

"Hurry up and put your bowling shoes on." You laughed.

"Ok. Ok. Relax." Bucky chuckled and started changing his shoes.

You laughed and started to out your names into the computer. JJ turned them on and you sent him a  small salute in thanks.

Bucky then met you down in the pit to get ready. You hit start for practice and you two started. The first ball you threw was a strike and you gave Bucky a smirk as he stared at you in awe.

You two played three games before you packed up. You win with a total of 346. Bucky had a total of 100. Yeah, he wasn't too happy about that.

"Aww. That wasn't fair. You've done this your whole life." Bucky pouted.

"I know. But did you have fun?" You asked a pouting Bucky. A small smile crept into his face and he nodded.

"Yeah." He mumbled.

"Good. 'Cause that's what today was all about. Having fun." You grinned and kissed his nose.

Bucky laughed a little as he changed his shoes and you did the same. Bucky took his shoes back up to the counter and he put his bowling ball away. You placed your bowling shoes into your bag with a smile and zipped it up. You put your converse back on and stood up. You met Bucky by the door after saying goodbye to JJ.

"Today was fun." Bucky grinned.

"I'm glad you had fun." You grinned back.

You two climbed into the car and you drove home.

Let's just say, your Bowling Love spread throughout Bucky and the rest of the Avengers.
