Bucky couldn't sleep and he was hungry. But he had a predicament.
You were wrapped around him like a koala bear, fast asleep, and he was stuck.
So, as carefully as Bucky could, he gently pried your sleeping form off on him and rolled you over onto your side of the bed, you grumbled a little bit but sucked it up and got comfy on your side again, going back to dream world once more.
Bucky carefully slipped out of bed and walked towards the kitchen, looking for a midnight snack.
He didn't know you woke up 5 minutes after he left. Looking to cuddle him again, you rolled over and found the bed empty. So, you decided to get up and go look for him.
You found your boyfriend in the kitchen, sitting on the counter and eating fluff from the jar. You shook your head and walked over, gently taking the jar and setting it down. You grabbed the peanut butter and the bread, along with a butter knife and started making your boyfriend a proper sandwich. All at the hour of Midnight.
Once you finished making the sandwich, you handed it to him and then proceeded to make your own. After putting everything away, you hopped up on the counter next to Bucky. The two of you eating your sandwiches together.
Once finished you looked at him.
"Ready to go back to bed now?" You asked with a small smile.
"Yeah." Bucky nodded.
You nodded and slid off the counter, Bucky following. You grabbed his hand and the two of you walked back to the bedroom. Climbing into bed and cuddling back together once more, the two of you fell asleep quickly.
Midnight snacks are always a must now. It happens almost every night. But you don't mind, you loved those simple and mundane moments whenever you can get them.
