I know what y'all are thinking with that pic above. It's cute af. And I love it. And. I was inspired. Again. So yes. Here it is and it is kinda for Valentine's day too. I know. It's three days late, but here it is.

~♡~☆~♡~☆~

Valentine's day was a big deal in the Barnes-Rogers household. The couple loved, and I mean Loved, the holiday like there was no tomorrow.

Steve smiled softly when he woke up that morning. Being greeted the cute sight of Bucky sleeping, his metal hand covering up most of his face and the duvet pulled up under his face with his other hand and even his hair in all different directions.

Steve chuckled softly and kissed his husband's temple. Grinning when Bucky smiled softly and rolled over to get comfy again. Steve slipped out of bed and pulled on a shirt, then went out to the kitchen to make breakfast for him and Bucky.

As Steve was flipping the pancakes, he felt arms wrap around him from behind, one of them cold.

"Morning darling. How'd you sleep?" Steve asked a half-awake Bucky.

"Morning. 'M slept good. How about you doll?" Bucky mumbled against Steve's back and planting a small kiss to his shoulder blade.

"Pretty good. And oh, Happy Valentine's Day!" Steve cheered and turned around to give Bucky a hug after placing the last pancake on the stack of the others.

"Happy Valentine's Day." Bucky chuckled and packed Steve's lips. "I'll go get your present after we eat, ok?" He smirked.

"Ok. And I'll do the same." Steve smiled.

Bucky nodded and then turned to see the table set for the two and a few roses set in a base between them.

"Awww. Look at you being all festive, Stevie." Bucky gushed making Steve blush softly.

"Oh hush." Steve laughed a bit and took the pancakes to the table.

The two ate their breakfast and then Bucky went out to the garage while Steve went to his office. Both of them going to get each other's gifts for one another.

Steve got his first. He got Bucky a set of dog tags with their anniversary date of their wedding and their first date. And being the artsy little shit that Steve is, he made Bucky a scrapbook filled with memories from their past three years together.

Carrying them out to the living room, he waited for Bucky to come back from the garage. And he finally did, holding a medium-sized box.

"Awww. Now I feel like my gift is worthless compared to yours!" Steve whined a little to his husband.

"Oh shut up. Yours is probably the best one." Bucky laughed a bit.

Steve just shook his head and put his hand out which held the wrapped scrapbook and dog tags. Bucky set down his box and accepted his gift from Steve. Opening the small box, Bucky pulled out the dog tags and look at them a bit confused.

"What are these?" Bucky asked softly.

"It's the dates for our first date and wedding anniversary. So you can wear them and carry not just me, but us as a whole, with you every day." Steve explained with a small blush and smile.

"Awwwwww. Thanks, Stevie." Bucky grinned and moved onto the second gift. The scrapbook.

"Oh my god, Steve. This is really awesome." Bucky grinned as he flipped through page after page filled with pictures and drawings of the last three years he's been with Steve. "Thank you so much, doll." Bucky leaned over and kisses Steve's cheek.

"You're welcome." Steve smiled.

"Ok. Now. You've gotta sit down for yours." Bucky chuckled as Steve sat down on the couch.

Sliding the box over to Steve, Bucky got excited to see his reaction. He made Steve close his eyes before opening the top of the box and put Steve's hands down in it.

"Uh, what? It's fluffy." Steve laughed a bit in confusion.

"Open your eyes." Bucky grinned. Steve opened his eyes and his face lit up.

"Buck..." His bright expression was slowly being accompanied by a large grin that spread from ear to eat. "Now this, this cute furball makes my gifts look like trash. How dare you?" Steve joked with a laugh.

"Sorry, not sorry?" Bucky laughed as Steve pulled the golden retriever puppy from the box.

"He's so cute! What's his name?" Steve grinned, looking at the bright red and blue collar around his neck, the tag reading Finton. "Awwww. Finton is a cute name." Steve gushed and scratched the puppies ears.

"I know right? I saw him and I was like, 'Yep. He's perfect for Stevie!'" Bucky laughed.

Steve laughed and put Finton down. Running his office, quickly coming back with a tiny t-shirt with his shield on it. Picking up Finton and Sitting down, Steve slipped the tiny dog shirt on the fluffy kid.

"Oh my god," Bucky laughed. "Why?"

"Because it's cold outside Bucky. And besides, he looks so cute." Steve gushed and held up the cuteness named Finton.

Finton "smiled" at Bucky. His little tongue flopped to the side of his mouth.

"Alright. Fine. He's cute." Bucky laughed.

"Thank you, Bucky. I love you so much. Happy Valentine's Day darling." Steve smiled and got up to kiss Bucky.

"I love you too. Happy Valentine's Day doll." Bucky smiled and wrapped his arms around Steve's neck as they kissed.

The two stood in the middle of their living room, smiling like Idiots. They're smiles and hearts filled with Unconditional Love for each other.
