The relationship that you and Bucky had could not be explained. It was weird.
Somedays you two would have your stuff together. Looking full functioning.
Other days. Yeeeaaaaahhhhhh... No. Bucky would be put together and you. You would be half asleep, hair a mess, and not even fully focussed.
But what can I say, having Clint Barton as an older brother explained why you were like that sometimes.
Anyway. You had been on a mission for the last three days with Steve, Natasha, and Clint. While Bucky and the rest of the team stayed home.
And Bucky had been a fully functioning adult for those three days while you, on the other hand, have been surviving on coffee and fruit snacks with your brother. Steve and Nat tried to get you and Clint to be somewhat normal but that didn't work so they eventually gave up.
So, as the quinjet landed back at the Avengers facility, you were singing to yourself happily and skipping around the place, hopped up on your fourth cup of coffee that day.
Clint was laughing while Nat tried to keep you in one place as Steve got the jet landed. Yeah. You made them feel like stressed-out parents sometimes with how you and Clint would act.
Nat finally got you sat down in a seat as she stood in front of you as Steve got the jet down in its designated spot. Once he was done and the door was opened, You and Clint raced out of the jet and to the grounds, dancing and singing like idiots.
"Should we-?" Steve started to ask but Nat held a hand up to stop him.
"Nope. They're Bucky's problem now." She muttered and rubbed her temples to ease a headache.
"Oh thank god." Steve sighed in relief.
Nat nodded and the two went about grabbing all of the gear from the jet and leaving to go to their rooms to rest finally.
Now, back to you and your brother. You guys ran through the facility, playing tag until you ran into Bucky.
"BUCKY BEAR!" You cheered and wrapped yourself around him in a tight hug.
"Hi." He chuckled and held you up, waving to Clint.
"I missed you." You mumbled and hugged him tightly.
"Me too." Clint suddenly wrapped Bucky's free arm in a hug of its own. Bucky just laughed softly at the two of you.
"I missed you guys too. Now, let's go get you guys something proper to eat besides fruit snacks and coffee." Bucky started walking to the kitchen. Carrying you and pulling Clint along with his arm.
"Ok." The two of you mumbled as Bucky took you to the kitchen.
He walked by Nat and Steve and smiled at them as he passed them.
"See! Bucky is the only one who can handle both of them at once!" Nat said to Steve as soon as Bucky was out of earshot.
"Wow." Was all Steve could mutter as the two of them kept walking, dropping your stuff on your floor and Clint's on his before going to their respective floors to take a much-needed nap. Especially after dealing with the craziness called the Barton Siblings.
