As there is no reply from him I raised my eyes to see him.He was watching me...
After some 2 hours, the car stopped and Meghna got down. She came to the front seat window and keeping her head inside told "Bye guys. And thanks for the trip. I have enjoyed it a lot."
Telling so she brushed her hand on Vikky's hand which is resting on the window. I glared at him and immediately he snapped his hand back. I huffed and turned my head to the other side.
We started and in about half an hour we reached home around 4. When I got inside the home Dad was sitting on the sofa and talking with Vikky's parents. All his luggage was packed and placed in the hall.
As soon as my dad saw me he stood smiling and came to hug me. I hugged him back and somehow the tears that were held back this whole time came pouring.
He immediately held my chin up and asked cautiously "What happened princess? Something wrong with the trip?"
I immediately nodded no and I said trying to smile "No Dad. The trip was awesome. I enjoyed it a lot. Just that as soon as I saw you I realized how much I will miss you."
"Oh, my dear. It is ok. As promised I will come back once I complete my hospital backup procedures. And your friend here has missed her college so much. We can't let her do that na." He said pointing a finger toward bhavs sarcastically.
I smiled. Bhavs keeping a spoiled child expression came immediately and said "Uncle. I am not skipping college willingly. And I can cope with all those missing classes. I am a sharp student right dear." She winked at me saying so.
I smiled and then we both went upstairs to her room as she had to pack all her things for her flight. I helped her a little and then once we completed we both lay on the bed completely exhausted.

We heard a knock at the door and got up to find Vikky at the entrance. My expression changed immediately from good to bad. He came and bhavs said "Hi" and she was smiling wholeheartedly.
He replied "Hi. Packing done?"
She nodded yes and he came inside and stood against the wall keeping his back towards the wall. He spoke, "So enjoyed this whole week?"
She replied with a wide grin on her face "Oh yeah. I enjoyed this whole week. My best friend's marriage is one of the best things and on top of that this trip. It is amazing."
I could sense the happiness in her words and I smiled at her. Suddenly her phone started ringing. Seeing the name on the phone display she said "It's mom. I didn't call her during this whole trip. She is going to kill me for sure. Guys, I will be back. This may take a while." Saying so she left the room leaving both of us alone.
It's awkward and completely silent as we both didn't speak or didn't see each other. After some time I heard him say "You are okay princess?"
I gave him a cocky look and replied "Yeah totally okay. I am totally okay to know that you have planned your wedding in some four months with one girl. You had a close relationship with her and didn't bother telling me about that beforehand. I am totally okay for you to do romance with her in front of my eyes by holding hands."
