Okay.
So one of my friends gave me a really good idea that I remembered I was gonna do but I didn't mention.
Interviewing the characters!
We will be interviewing all the characters, as well as some minor characters.
Cheryl Faun.
Tristan Tanner.
Julia Fernandez.
Leo Holmes.
Gavin Lowse & Layla Hickens.
(The runaway guard and scientist).
Miss Tanner.
(Tristan's mother.)
Of course, Cheryl comes first.
(Did I mention I'm also working on posting fan art after?)
"Good morning, Cheryl!" I greet happily.
Cheryl sits down on the chair in front of me, a small smile gracing her lips. I take out a list of questions from underneath my own chair. She suddenly becomes alert to the situation, as if by an instinct. "A.. survey?" She questions with puzzlement.
I tilt my head from side to side. "So-so. It's more of an interview."
She straightens herself visibly in the chair, her hands folding in her lap. "Oh! I didn't.. think this would happen. So suddenly, I mean."
I smile at her. "It's okay. It's only a few questions."
Cheryl nods.
"Okay, first question. What was your first impression of Tristan Tanner in kindergarten?" I ask.
Cheryl immediately brightens at the mention of her lover's name. "Tristan! Ah, well, you could say I didn't particularly love him as much as I do now." She plays with her fingers, a small blush dancing on her face. "I hated him a little."
"A LITTLE?!" Tristan's voice emits from the background. One of the characters pulls him away from the scene. "YOU FUCKING HATED MY GUTS!"
Cheryl rolls her eyes. "DON'T INTERFERE IN MY INTERVIEW. WAIT FOR YOUR TURN, IDIOT."
I smile slightly as my characters quarrel a little longer. "Next question!" I interrupt. "Was there any significance of memories you have of Tristan? If so, why are they significant?"
"Oh. A lot!" Cheryl replies cheerfully. "Many of them include him saving me from attempts at suicide. I don't know if that means they're more meaningful, but the one that warms my heart the most was Rescue #100. It's definitely a favorite. I'd say it's significant because that's.. when he came back, to me."
Tristan seems to settle down in the back at her answer. His mother, Miss Tanner, nudges him with a wink.
"Okay!" I exclaim, giddy at her character development. "Enough about Tristan! Let's move on. Is there anything you'd like to ask your family?"
"Yes," Cheryl responds firmly, nodding her head. "I want to know more about the Blood Assassin dynasty. Was I not allowed to know about it because I was too young? What really is the Blood Assassin? Many of the questions revolve around the Blood Assassin dynasty, but I do also want to know if they're doing well."
I nod at her answer. "Nice!" I look at the card. "Fourth question: what promises can you make to Lucille Hearth Tanner?"
At this question, Cheryl's gaze turns to Miss Tanner from behind the scenes. She jolts at this. A smile brightens on Cheryl's face. "I promise to take care of your son." Tristan perks up at his name. "I promise to make sure he never forgets you. I promise to make the most of our time in this world." Cheryl averts her gaze as it flickers to Tristan. "And I promise, most of all, that I will always love him, and never leave him."
Miss Tanner's eyes seem to well up with tears. Tristan smiles at Cheryl, holding his crying mother in his arms. I can't help but to bare a sniffle.
"That was really sweet of you," I whisper, using my sleeve to lightly dab my eyes. "It's great to see how much you've grown up..." After a moment, I clear my throat awkwardly. "Next question.. What do you have to say to Leo Holmes?"
Both Cheryl and Tristan visibly darken at the name. "He can go kiss my ass," Cheryl growls.
Leo's spirit crosses his arms, rolling his eyes. "Oh please. Do your insults not change as well?"
"Trust me," Cheryl looks at Leo, glaring daggers at him. "If you were alive, I'd kill you."
"Well, too bad," Leo says sassily. "Your stupid boyfriend already did that for you."
I almost scream when Cheryl's hand glows red, and the Blood Assassin appears in her hand. She jumps up from the chair and charges for Leo, who lets out a shrill scream. Tristan suddenly grabs Cheryl, laughing slightly at his lover's rage.
"LET GO OF ME AND LET ME KILL HIM ALL OVER AGAIN."
Tristan places a small kiss on Cheryl's head, making her relax. "I don't think so."
I turn to look at the camera, which is still rolling. Embarrassed, I suffice a wave. "Well um, that's it for Cheryl's interview. Tristan will be up next."
