After getting Julia Fernandez to finally settle into a chair, I pull out a blue card. The questions on the card were a little more assorted than the ones for the two protagonists.

"Are you ready?" I ask.

Julia rolls her eyes. "Hurry up. I haven't got all the time in the world."

"Question One: How do you feel about being an antagonist in the story?"

Julia then crosses her arms. "If anything, I should be a protagonist. I am obviously fit to be a hero."

It's my turn to roll my eyes. "I don't know if you know this, Julia, but the protagonist isn't always a hero. It depends on the way you write the story. And in this story, you're the one opposing against the protagonist."

Julia scoffs at me being a smart ass. "Whatever. I still don't think I'm such a villain in this story."

Leo snickers from behind the scenes, almost finding her defiance amusing. "Oh please, princess, you are the literal definition of something called a minor character." This almost makes her appear offended. "I'm obviously the main villain."

Julia looks over at him, a sharp glare in her eyes. "Why don't you turn around and sit down on the floor, you piece of scum." She flicks her hair. "Being the main villain isn't something to brag about."

"You two are both the villains," I state before they can start yelling at each other again. I turn to Leo and glare at him slightly. "You. Shut up. I still have time with Julia."

The blonde winks. "Gladly."

Julia crosses her arms and glares at particularly nothing as I fake a gag. "Disgusting.." I mutter. Julia nods in agreement. "Next question, do you blame anyone for anything?"

"Most people would assume that I'd blame Cheryl for my death because it's reasonable," Julia starts, pulling on a strand of her hair. Cheryl huddles towards Tristan slightly at the mention of her name. "But in all reality, I don't really give a damn. I hated my father anyways. He was such a man whore, taking in flings just because Mother was away in Ireland. So I blame my father. I blame my father for my death. For everything."

"Lovely," I reply, not knowing what to say. Julia smiles genuinely at my response. "As another villain, how do you feel about knowing Leo now?" Her mood suddenly darkened.

"He's a shameless flirt," she spits, "Moreover, Author, he never loved Cheryl in the first place. He was in love with the thought of being with such a powerful person. If anything, he just flirts. That's his only game."

"Ya got that right!" Leo shouts from the table of food. "My next target is you, princess!"

"As you can see, his petty nicknames are also still intact," Julia comments.

"Unfortunately," Cheryl mutters under her breath.

The two make eye contact and only begin laughing. I feel no weird tension between them whatsoever. I clear my throat and look at the card.

"What about Alex? Your ex-boyfriend?"

Julia rolls her eyes and drawls a smile. "Whatever. That dummy looked good with that chick anyways. I don't think I was ever ready for a relationship in the first place."

"HEY! YOU GOT ME!" Leo yelled from the table, his face full of food.

Julia cringes. "Yeah, no thanks. I'd rather not have a thing with.." she gestures to him, "this mishap."

She flicks her hair over her shoulder, waiting for the next question. I see that Leo's eyes sparkle towards her.

Interesting.

"I think that's all the questions I have for you today," I say. "Um, say anything you'd like to say to the readers."

Julia sits up and sighs. "I apologize.. for my disruptive behavior towards your leading protagonist. I regret the things I've done, and I obviously regret a lot more than I can say because my list of sins is too long." She heaves another sigh. "I was a bitch. That's for sure. A cliché, crazy ex-girlfriend, psychotic bitch. But I can only hope that Cheryl and Tristan.. will take my apology." Her voice is heavy and coils at the end of her statement. "I doubt it, but hey, I tried. You don't know much about me, so don't think of me as a rat until you've walked in my shoes."

Julia gets up abruptly, quickly running out of the room in her heels. She tries to hide the tears that begin rolling down her face, but she knows it's too late. We're all silent as she disappears. Cheryl pulls away from Tristan and brushes away invisible dirt from her shoulders.

"I'll go get her," she says. "Continue with the interviews."

Then, the Blood Assassin princess heads out.
